À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Silvano’s place was just as discribed and pictured. The view of the sea from the apartment is amazing. Silvano clearly communicated the situation with the construction and was proactive and responsive with all questions I had during my stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

What you appreciate most about this location is the peace and quiet of the place, right on the shores of the lake, opening the window, you have a direct view of the sunset and the calm waters of Lake Paola, and being able to relax at the end of the day in your garden near the shore, is a rare experience. It is also a 5-minute drive from the city center and the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea and lake in the same holiday. It was a pleasure to meet Michele and Clarissa, considerate and kind, who live there in the area and present in case of any eventuality, they have the ability to make you feel not a simple guest but part of the family, while ensuring total autonomy, independence and privacy, an ideal mix of awareness of having support for tips on places, restaurants and attractions and feeling of freedom and meeting with themselves. Perfect for a couple or a family stay. We were there as a couple with two small children who enjoyed the outdoor space of the garden. We had such a great time that in the end we decided to stay even one more night! We will definitely be back.

Gianluca is a very good guy , he is always available for any issues , the place is good located if you looking for a spot near the beach , also there are shops around where you can do some shopping. It's probably handy to have a car anyway, but ones you get there, you don't need it much!

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

Unique location at the foot of the Circeo. Despite high numbers of visitors to the beach on beautiful weekends, this stretch of beach is never crowded through the private houses because from the road there is no public access in this section. The house is an ideal starting point for many excursions and sports activities. Conclusion: compared to Monte Argentario in Tuscany, I take the Circeo to number 1.

I was enchanted by the location and cleanliness of the very kind host house

Ciao. My wife and I stayed with Robbi for 10 days on August 24. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a four-family house with a private parking space and a really well maintained garden right on the beach, you don't even have to cross the street. The villa is inside a private residence outside the center of Terracina; if during the day the beach is very crowded, in the evening the area is very quiet. We found the apartment, both as premises and as amenities, exactly as described in the listing; only a few problems with the WiFi connection and therefore with streaming TV programs (there is no antenna). We are sorry we did not meet our host Robbi in person, although by phone he was constantly interested in how our stay was going; by the way, I have to thank him for his willingness to prepare, upon our arrival, a surprise for my wife. Have a good life to everyone!

Very pleasant stay, everything as described. Ideal place to spend days in total relaxation, peace and a short walk from the sea, whose view can also be enjoyed by the beautiful and well-kept garden.
