Holiday rentals with a patio in Sequatchie County

The property was as described, hosts were very communicative and the on site caretakers were very kind. Was very cool to watch the hangliders so close to the property

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

The place was perfect. It was so clean and comfortable. Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. We ran into so much traffic and the road we were on to their house was unexpectedly closed due to a fallen tree. Anyway it was 10:30 and she was messaging us trying to help. We couldn’t find the house because it was pitch black out, so she came outside at that time to help us. She even had the pullout bed ready for us because she knew we were going to be arriving later. Which meant a lot to me because we had been in the car for 15 hours with 2 young kids

Very comfortable

Sam is a very attentive and helpful host. The location of Sam's place is great - near grocery store, eateries and local attractions. Yet it is also in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The inside is very tastefully decorated and well appointed. The back yard is very nice, even though we did not have enough time to fully enjoy it. We had a great time staying here. We will definitely consider staying here if we come to visit Chattanooga again.

I really enjoyed my time at this charming studio. I will definitely look to stay here if I'm ever in the area again!

Thanks to Nina for making this stay perfect! I rented this location for my son who was getting married over the weekend at Howe Farms. He wanted a private retreat and this location more than meet his expectations. Nina was very accommodating and helpful with local info. Beautiful and peace location in a rural setting but still close to numerous dining and shopping needs. I would definitely recommend checking into the loft and will be sharing this with others looking for a quite retreat!

Annabelle was a great host. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery. I would very much recommend staying at Annabell's place!

Our friends from Spain absolutely loved the farmhouse! They enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor views and the homey feel of the farmhouse. They said it was like waking up in a dream ❤️ Kellee was awesome and very responsive! Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Phillip's place. The house was exactly as pictured - bright, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, which was great for cooking some meals. Phillip was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and was always quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Donna's spectacular home in Dunlap, and it was perfect for our work trip. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a large kitchen that was wonderful for cooking meals. Each bedroom was incredibly comfortable and came with its own bathroom, providing a great level of privacy and convenience. Donna's attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived, with extra little touches that made us feel truly welcome. It's clear that she goes above and beyond for her guests! Andy's house was cute and comfortable. It was great to walk in to a clean and well stocked place. We made ourselves right at home! It was a great location, super peaceful. Lots of room. I loved the sound of the frogs at night! The farm tour with Cece was fun and informative.

Such a sweet, cozy spot to spend a few days. It was very peaceful! Host was helpful and responsive to any questions. Be sure to follow Edie's recommended directions if you don't want to make hairpin turns on the mountain! We tried out that route out during our stay for fun - would not recommend that route at night unless you're a thrill seeker 😅 If you're looking for something relatively small and cozy but with plenty of privacy and quiet, this is it! Carrie was great and helpful! The townhouse was clean, very organized and neat. Very new homes and less than a 3-5 minute drive from the downtown scene and restaurants on our to do list. Traffic was always a breeze as well. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared. Yes, the trains are close and frequent. They are also easy to drown out and by mid-day on day 2, we knew what the noise was and it was much less of a bother. Plus, we were celebrating my daughter's graduation and she LOVES trains. It was a plus for her. Overall a great stay! I would book again.

Our stay was great! The condo was bright, clean, and modern. It had all the appliances and pots/pans needed to eat in. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets were all provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. The only issue we had was outside noise around 2:00 to 3:00 am when people were going home from a night out and shouting, yelling, and revving their engines 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. (I think there is a bar a few blocks away) - Obviously Davey has no control over that, so I would suggest bringing a noise machine to mask any outside sounds. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Dana was very friendly and helpful. Her home was beautiful and so peaceful. The perfect place to get away and enjoy some quiet. My husband had a wonderful birthday thanks to Dana and Scott! 11/10 ! We hope to stay there again

Rained all week so indoor activities and restaurants were important. Host came through with great recommendations. Chattanooga is close to home, so I will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at Jeremy’s place. It was very clean and had lots of linens and cleaning supplies. Location was great and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A brewery next door that had amazing breakfast tacos and maybe 5 min walk to the Chatt Choo Choo. I would recommend staying here !

I had the pleasure of staying at Ashley’s condo this past week. The location was fantastic - super walkable and somehow not noisy. Both beds are very comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious with tall ceilings. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to do and a short 10-15 minute drive to the caves, aquarium and other attractions in the area. Davey was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
