In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Nice cozy little house in Melle, adjoining our house and on our property, but totally independent so that you are at home. Ideal for a couple or small family, a single person as well. Parking, wood stove, equipped kitchen, mezzanine (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (shower). Small outdoor area with garden furniture. Close to the center, its amenities, hiking trails and the Saint-Hilaire Church (UNESCO).

The Alley House

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)
