The house shares the land with another house, where we rent rooms. However, each house has its own entrance and an exclusive patio. It has a shared laundry area.

The property is located within a private estate of 120 hectares of lush nature, preserved by the family since the 1970s. The nearest beach is Conceição, which is at the entrance to the property about 1000 metres away. From the residence, the ocean view includes the famous 4 Islands off the region's coast.

Small “wooden cabin” style suite. The room accommodates 2 people, couple or not, as it has an extra bed on top. Green area, great location on Bombas Beach, close to Bombinhas City Hall, with a small market and bakery on the corner of the house. Family atmosphere. It has a private bathroom (narrow) and an outdoor area with a shared kitchen, which can be used for quick meals or preparing coffee. There's a bakery a block from here
