It has 2 parking spaces with an electronic gate, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a full kitchen. Quiet and well-located street, close to markets, pharmacy and restaurants. The house shares the land with another house, where we rent rooms. However, each house has its own entrance and an exclusive patio. It has a shared laundry area.
