Great stay, apartment close to everything, including the sea. Perfect for our family vacation, it has everything we need and Igor is super considerate, responds quickly and resolute. We recommend and will return!

We stayed in apartment 03 which was extremely clean upon arrival. The view directly to the sea gave an extra “q”. The bedrooms are large along with the living room and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent flat, close to Prainha/Trapiche. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, cool sea view. Alessandro always responded quickly and promptly responded to us in small mishaps. Accommodation note 10!

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. It has Smart TVs in both rooms in addition to the living room. It had an Alexa device and the Netflix account activates ready for use. It had a drinking water dispenser and a very full kitchen. The view is very good and the location is excellent. The beach is really close, the shops are all just a few meters away. Points against, but not at all changes the experience: - They do not have the beds on the top of the sheets, I don't know if they are not used in that place. It only has the bottom part that covers the mattress and then a padding. - Pillows could be improved, the mattress is good. - There would be no other air conditioner in the living room. - And a detail that I didn't see clarified is the carport. Just a small or medium car comes in by closing the mirrors. A truck or large car doesn't go in.

The house is beautiful, we love the beach of bominhas and it was a dream to stay in front of the sea! Everything was very clean, the host's service was great! We are very grateful and happy with the stay!!!

Place of peace and connection with nature. For those who like to sleep with the noise of the sea will love, it is delicious!!! The beach in front of the house is wonderful, it looks like a pool, quiet and warm water. My 9-year-old daughter took great advantage. The Lady Marlen who received us is a sweet, attentive and helpful one. I recommend it!!!

Casa is practically on the sand of the beach, The beach is super clean and with calm water Ideal for standup or water sports. Extremely clean, smelling and conserved house. The hosts Sr Hélio and Sra Araci are very special people, they welcomed us with great affection, they gave us tips on where to go, markets, bakery, restaurant and sights. Zimbabwe is a more roots-style beach, for nature lovers and looking for tranquility.

The house exelente, just as you can see in the pictures. One block from the sea. Lots of amenities. I had all the things that are listed. We were 10 adults and the house was very comfortable. We had a super 4 blocks from the house. We drive walking, all very close by.

Super recommend, place and really Pe na Areia. The house delivers all that it promises. Thanks so much Cesar and we will be there again soon!!! Oh also enjoy and leave a super compliment for Cíntia who didn't welcome very well.

Perfect location, just down the street you already find the beach of Lagoinha, which is wonderful, and walking a little more you arrive at the beach of the grave and at the retreat of the priests, which I strongly recommend. The place is super clean and cool, I did not miss the air conditioning. You have what you need to spend a few days. I highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment and complex, although it does not have air conditioning, we were good with the ceiling fans. The pool and jacuzzi is a 10. The only drawback is the garage, you have to run a car to get in or out of the apartment.

Me and my family were very well staying at Marcos's inn. It was all very quiet, it even looked like we were there before. The super quiet clean and organized environment. Marcos gave us all the necessary information and made himself available for direct contact with him if we needed it. But everything went very well. The apartment is the same as the aunivo, clean sheets and smelly and white towels. Amei. In the kitchen I missed only shallow dishes. The dishes they had were all funds! But it's a tiny detail close to all the other things available. The common space is also very well equipped. I went to see, but I didn't even have to, because in the room there was everything we need! we will come back next year. a cordial embrace to Marcos.

We loved the place , and beautiful and a very quiet little corner without a mess or very crowded with people because it was a carnival holiday surprised me. The caretaker Naninha and her husband were great at us meeting everything we need. the place is really beautiful of the will to live there . Super recommend ✔️
