Hello, this space is located on Antique Furniture Street in Bogwang-dong, Itaewon, Seoul. It is located 8 minutes on foot from Itaewon Station, and there is a convenience store 1 minute away. We have renovated an old house to make it cozy and comfortable. It is a residential area, so it is very quiet, and therefore loud noise is not allowed in the accommodation. We would like to emphasise that parties or gatherings that may cause loud noise are not suitable for this space. This space is designed to accommodate one to two people. We thought of those who want to rest and enjoy themselves in a new space or who want to do personal work. *The accommodation has a living room where you can enjoy books, music, and movies, two rooms (bedroom/study and dining area), and a bathroom. <Accommodation precautions> - Our small room accommodation in Itaewon is a quiet accommodation. Therefore, for a pleasant environment and security reasons, only guests who have booked can enter and exit. Please note that a penalty will be applied if this rule is violated. (Penalty: Costs incurred for violating the rules of use and being asked to leave)
