(Not a pension) * There is nothing to enjoy around, so please book only if you are staying quietly with acquaintances. * The neighborhood is a quiet and secluded countryside in the city.(The entrance to the house is about 70m long and narrow. (1M road) * Pets are only for small dogs and an additional 10,000 won per pet. *For safety, no smoking indoors and refrain from loud noise outside. * 10,000 won will be added per basic additional person (36 months or more).(Please settle with or without a stay.) * The outdoor barbecue is 30,000 won. (Free Jaigal from the veranda on the 2nd floor indoors) *It's a countryside, so we do quarantine, but bugs can come out in the summer. * Neighborhood cats may come, so don't be surprised and be careful with outside food. * Fish, meat, and other fish are prohibited indoors. * Please provide basic etiquette, not a dog house.

Our house is a 5-minute walk from Kintex, Lake Park, Water Park, Hyundai Department Store, Hypermarket, and General Hospital. The recently renovated modern and clean interior will provide a cozy and comfortable time with convenient facilities. My house is located near the Ilsan Lake Park, the big Park, and the view of the room is beautifully amazing and fantastic. The interior design is so modern and glamorous that everyone feels like comfortable and cozy, such as a hotel. “Beautiful Day” is located next to the most prosperous lake park in the new town of Ilshan, half an hour from the center of Seoul, a 5-minute walk to the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), and a variety of public entertainment facilities are perfect-modern department stores, ONEMOUNT amusement park, and hypermarkets.The house is fully equipped with kitchenware, making it the best choice for family trips, lovers' honeymoon, and business trips to Korea!

A 2-story private villa with a jacuzzi near Ganghwa Manisan (60 pyeong, 2-3 family gatherings possible)

Pretty cottage with terrace and Jacuzzi, located near the entrance to Ganghwa-do Manisan. I built it with care so that I could play with my acquaintances and children. Not only the bedroom, but also 3 bathrooms, so 3 families can use it without any inconvenience. There is also an air conditioner in each room, so it is comfortable even in the summer. Mini Hanok located 5 minutes from Anguk Station Line 3 is the starting point of Bukchon Hanok Village. The mini hanok is located in a very quiet place, but if you walk for more than a minute you will find many cafes and interesting shops. It takes 5 minutes on foot to Changdeok Palace and 10 minutes on foot to Gyeongbok Palace. Nearby are Jongmyo and Unhyeongung Palace. You can also go to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun at once if you take the 151 and 162 blue buses.
