Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seongbuk District

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Hongdae! The space perfectly blends modern comforts with traditional Korean design touches, creating a warm and unique atmosphere. Everything was spotless - huge credit to the cleaning crew for their impeccable work. Our host, Lavender, was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. All instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in and navigating the space seamless. We were traveling with both young kids and seniors, and the home was wonderfully accommodating for all ages. Comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and easy to move around in - it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to tons of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul!

Bottom line: Great multi-person accommodation in Anguk (available for revisit) 1. Decent dates (weekends, holidays) must be booked in advance! I recommend booking a month or two in advance. 2. Officially, up to 8 people are allowed, but beyond that, the number of people is noisy, but if it's not unreasonable to the accommodation, it seems to be inductive ~ Be sure to contact the host for more details! 3. The amount was about 480,000 won on weekends during the peak season (holidays, etc.) In my case, it's always on weekdays in the morning of the same day. Urgent! After booking, I went Up to 6 people paid 300,000 won without additional charge ~ I used it cheaply and usually You can think of it as 5-6,000 won per person * 8 people. There is a basic amount, and the amount per additional person is small, so I recommend using it for multiple people ~ 4. Incredibly friendly & accurate host! When I had a question at the accommodation, they contacted me faster than the light, so I solved it right away ~ The response is very friendly. 5. Disadvantages! After renovating an old house, it is not a hotel-class cleanliness. The bathroom was small and smelled a little. There were cobwebs or small props on the ceiling in various places. If you are sensitive to bedding or cleanliness, you may be a little concerned ~ However, it is not at a severe level. 6. Various board games are provided There is a list of recommended restaurants, and there are plenty of kitchen utensils and bowls, so it's good to have a good time with friends and acquaintances. 7. Considering that the atmosphere itself is not a brand new accommodation, Considering the atmosphere of the palace from the window, the accessibility of Anguk Station, the distance from the surrounding attractions and restaurants, and the unique interior of the accommodation. This is an accommodation that you will be very satisfied with. Tourists from abroad will feel fresh. If you're looking for a multi-person accommodation in Seoul, It is suitable for Seoul residents who are looking forward to having a good time with friends and acquaintances. It’s a great place with a view! Definitely a hidden gem in Seoul.

We already knew Hongdae but had always been bothered by the noise… This place is a real cocoon of calm in the heart of the neighborhood! The apartment is conveniently located, close to metro, bus stops, restaurants, a 7eleven and even a pharmacy. Everything is together for a convenient and comfortable stay. The bedding is excellent, we slept very well with our three children. Check-in instructions are clear, and the ability to leave luggage flexibly is a real plus. A great place in Seoul!

The apartment is very functional and above all very well located for exploring Seoul, two minutes from three metro stations and close to many attractions and many places to visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chan’s place. My family was a group of 9 and comfortably split up the many rooms and beds between each other. There were also already amenities available like outlet adapters, filtered water, hairdryers, iron, etc. Truly appreciated his hospitality!!! Thanks Chan.

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

Trinity's place is a gem. It's very near to the palace. Basically one can put your luggage in there and walk to another entrance of the palace within like a 10mins. We love the place! It has the vintage outlook but with modern appliances. In fact, it's so good that we kept shouting Wow whenever we found a new function in the house. lol! eg projector, fireplace that can really lit up, auto warm up flooring which is so essential when we go cos it's so cold. And it is such a nice place for photography. if only if we have the luxury of time, we will arrange for a hanbok photography session in the house cos it's really such a beautiful place. I am definitely going back again with my family next year! Already in my 2026 planning!
