It is not a house that was built or newly repaired by buying a house to provide accommodation, but a house built in the 1920s, and it is a 'real home' where my family used to repair it with soil and natural ingredients. “One-of-a-kind” Most of the items you will use during your stay can only be seen in the 'Bukchon attic'. Almost everything including blankets, curtains, bowls, tables, plants, etc. are custom-made or handmade. '100-year-old hanok' Feel the color of 'Gojae' Korean pine (Chunyangmok) that you can't see very well these days. It's especially beautiful when the sun shines. Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (inside: shower available, outside: small but showerable), Numaru, and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services.
