Apartment holiday rentals in Seongbuk District

Emma is really sweet and helpful with our doubts. The place looked exactly like the pictures. The train station is about an 8 minute walk.

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs during my trip, but this one was by far the best! The location was incredibly convenient—right in a building connected to Seoul Station, with everything I needed at my fingertips: a convenience store, Olive Young, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was a perfect, cozy one-bedroom with amazing views—ideal for a solo traveler like me. The building also had a lounge and a gym, which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but they were great perks to have. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive—quickly providing a larger towel when I asked and proactively helping me through a stressful luggage situation. They also gave me all the detailed information and transport options to get to the airport, which made my departure so much smoother. The building offered convenient luggage storage too, but need to be more careful with the code. I can’t recommend this place and the host enough—definitely a top choice for any solo traveler visiting Seoul.

Really love Namok’s place! Very clean and comfort space for couple. The house is fully equipped with basic ammenities, from all about kitchen tools to steam iron! Namok also very warm host, she welcomed us during checked in and guide us a lot. The building area was nice, is just for muslims halal restaurants not available nearby. Have to go to myeundong, or itaewon area for halal food. Overall, it’s perfect place to stay and highly recommended !

Great place to stay as it is clean, comfortable and has a wonderful view! The neighborhood has lots of good restaurants, a traditional market with many buses (including the 6102 airport bus) and a subway stop right outside the door. I highly recommend it.

One of the best Airbnb I went to in Seoul, really clean, the house have everything you need, the location is not so bad with several restaurants around and several subway lines available. The street of the entrance of the building is little hidden and not that clean but the building itself is clean. I definitely recommend it and I would like to go again the next time.

It was a much cleaner and more cost-effective accommodation than the photos! It was a clean, cozy, and spacious accommodation.👍👍 It was close to the station, and I was able to move comfortably because they stored my carrier luggage, and the location was really nice. I will use it again if I have the opportunity next time:)

We had a great stay at Jaehee's flat. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighbourhood which had everything we needed - easy access to public transport, a grocery store, and a few bars and restaurants. The flat itself is comfortable and well furnished. We particularly liked the eccentric style and decor of the apartment. Very cool. Jaehee was easy to communicate with and responsive. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jane’s apartment. It became our sweet home in Seoul that we will remember with warmth in our hearts. Everything was neat and clean and matched the photos. Jane was always in touch, very responsive and helpful. I surely recommend this place to everyone.

Extremely convenient location – right next to the metro/KTX station. Awesome high-rise view, spick and span, friendly host. Slept well each night, really enjoyed our stay here while exploring Seoul!

Cozy place and comfortable for stay.

Very close to the subway station, the room is large, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas.Great value for money, super recommended, the host is very nice, and you can arrange to check in early.I'll stay here again next time.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

I spent my holidays in an apartment, clean, equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, a stone's throw from the subway station, excellent location overlooking the Namsan Seoul Tower, I will definitely come back and I recommend it wholeheartedly

This Airbnb was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to COEX Mall, with easy access through underground subway exits (no need to cross busy streets). Convenience stores like GS25 and a grocery store are also just steps away. Bongeunsa Station (Line 9) and Samseong Station are nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of Seoul. You’re also within walking distance of cultural spots like the beautiful Bongeunsa Temple and the Royal Tombs (about 10 minutes away). The apartment itself was spotless, with stunning day and night views of the city. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the locals were friendly and helpful. The hosts were incredibly kind, allowing us to check in a bit early and responding quickly to all our questions. We had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Seoul!

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is directly accessible by subway. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

This was a great place for our family to stay during our trip here in Seoul. The location was great - we were able to visit the Han river park frequently as it is literally steps away from Alex and Susan’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and helped us find everything we needed! Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again during our next trip to Seoul!

My wife and I loved staying at Jenny's place in Gangnam. The space felt like our home while we explored Gangnam. The view from the window, massage chair, and comfortable bed were particularly excellent. There is a train station nearby, and the buses are convenient too. Jenny is a very kind and responsive host. Her instructions are clear, and I always felt that I could have messaged her with any questions. Although we just left, my wife and I are already planning a trip for next year and hope to stay at Jenny's Airbnb again. Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment is really clean and spacious so it ticked all the boxes. It was safe and secure. The only drawback is that it's dark without the lights on but that can't be done as during the weekdays there is a building so close and people are working. I felt the lack of privacy was a disadvantage so we kept the curtains closed all the time. There was warning of building work, but be aware that this starts soon after 7am. As a base it was however well worth the money. Thank you
