Large 6.5-room holiday apartment in Sent, Engadin

In the popular resort of Sent in the Lower Engadine (Switzerland) we rent our very beautiful, large and luxurious 6.5-room vacation apartment in a dreamy, quiet and sunny residential location. The apartment is equipped with a pizza oven and garden seating area as well as a whirlpool and offers a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine mountains. Thanks to four bedrooms, eight sleeping accommodations and three parking spaces, the holiday apartment is ideally suited for larger groups.

New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Beautiful apartment in Sent/Scuol renovated 2016

Dear guests, The apartment was completely renovated in 2016. It consists of two floors connected by a spiral staircase. Bedroom 1, bathroom 1, the living area with workplace + balcony are located on the 1st floor, bedroom 2, bathroom 2 and the kitchen on the ground floor. The village center Sent, post bus station to Scuol is a 4-minute walk. All rooms offer magnificent views of the Alps! I look forward to welcoming you soon to sunny Engadin.

Die helle 2.5-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung liegt zentral und ruhig, nur wenige Minuten vom Dorfplatz entfernt. Mit Küche mit Durchreiche, Wohn-Essbereich, Badezimmer mit Bad/Dusche und Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist sie der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten, Entspannen und Auftanken in den Engadiner Bergen.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.

In front of the house there is a small terrace with a bench and table. Well-trained dogs that do not sleep on the bed or on the sofa are welcome by us on request.

The bright 3 1/2 room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a converted farmhouse in Sent. The cozy living room offers beautiful view on San Peder and partial view on the surrounding mountains. Within walking distance are shops as well as the tourism info. The cozy Arvenholz studio on the ground floor can be rented with it.
