2nd Home Ryogoku 私の家は2025年6月にフルリフォームした清潔感溢れる一軒家です。小さな古民家を暮らしやすいように作り替えました。リビングはコンパクトですが必要なものは全て揃っています。水回りは全て新品に入れ替えました。 私の家からJR両国駅へは徒歩5分でアクセス可能です。両国駅へは秋葉原から4分、上野御徒町6分、新宿23分、渋谷30分でアクセス可能です。スカイツリーへはバスで12分、浅草までもバスと徒歩で10分圏内という立地です。 「東京で暮らすように旅をしてほしい」という思いでこの家を作りました。コンパクトながら快適に過ごせるように様々な工夫をしています。 【ご予約前に必ず確認お願いします】 -寝室は2階で、傾斜のある階段を上がる必要があります（写真参照）。昔ながらの造りのため、音漏れや断熱不足、匂い、虫の発生を感じる可能性があります。 -大通りに近く、日中は大型車による揺れがある場合があります（夜は静かです）。耳栓を用意しています。 -トイレや天井がやや狭く、体格の大きい方はご注意ください。 ホストの平均評価は4.95、850件超のレビューがあります。

Walking down the alley, you will find a quiet, car-free atmosphere and a traditional wooden townhouse. Birds chirping and children laughing echo through the house, blending in with life and making this your second home. Entire rental The bedroom on the first floor can be used as an exhibition space or workspace. The second floor is bedroom only. This small house has been the setting for downtown living since immediately after the earthquake 100 years ago.

The room is bright and you can relax on the roof balcony when it is nice weather outside! Up to 6 people can stay and Close to Asakusa area! It is perfect for family trip, honeymoon and couple trip◎ Asakusa station is the nearest station. There is direct train line from Narita and Haneda airport to Asakusa station which is really convenient for travelers arriving at those airport! You can go through Nakamise shopping street on the way to my place.
