"Il focolare" - Casa Saba, Villanovafranca

This is a recently renovated house with stones and wooden beams made functional and comfortable with the renovation of the systems. The ground floor consists of a large living room, full kitchen, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine; on the upper floor there is a loft, two double bedrooms and another bathroom with large shower. It has a veranda where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors with a sea view. Exit from the private garden on a staircase that leads to the beach.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine waters. You can relax in its pine forest equipped with shaded benches and games for children or end your day at the beach at the soccer field where you can organize a game of soccer with friends.
