The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif qui allie l'authenticité du bois à la rigueur du design. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. It is also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence, ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay, the bird conservatory and hiking.

Located downstairs and open to the living room, the kitchen is practical and functional, fully equipped to allow you to prepare good meals for yourself and your family.
