Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Ideal base for exploring Dijon, a UNESCO City of Art and History, and its gastronomy. Close-by shops and restaurants, Les Halles market (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday) City of Gastronomy and Wine: 15-minute walk.

Our apartment has just been renovated and newly equipped (all comforts). So just bring your bags :) With an area of 55 m², carefully furnished; it is located in a quiet and secure residence, close to all amenities (shops, transport and parking). You can come by car or simply by train: the TRAM from Dijon station to Quetigny takes you in 35 minutes and drops you off 200 m from the apartment.

Close to both Dijon city center and Colombière Park, our studio is located in a family condominium. On the raised ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, the apartment has its private and secure parking space facing the windows. We live nearby and will be there to help if you need anything.
