Charming studio apartment in a small quite village Bunica just 200 m from the sea, there is a little way under the main street to the beaches. Town Senj is 4 km away. Apartment is in a private house with courtyard and a parking place. Apartman Fili nalazi se u naselju Trbušnjak u vili Sunce. Vila Sunce je novogradnja, dovršena na kraju 2018. godine, te su stanovi potpuno novi i tehnički vrlo dobro opremljeni. Apartman je u potpunosti namješten, a ima c. 50 m². Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na predivnu terasu sa koje seže pogled na cijelo područje grada i susjednih otoka. U apartmanu su dvije klime ( hlađenje- grijanje), a parking je osiguran. Grad je prepun kulturno-povijesnih lokaliteta, a okolica prirodnim ljepotama.

Dear guests, our apartment is located in the small beautiful village of Korana, 3 km away from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Part of the apartment is also a terrace right next to the river. We are looking forward to your visit!

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
