The 336 Sq Ft tiny cabin has an all wooden interior, WIFI, bedroom with NEW KING BED and pullout couch with queen sized mattress in the living room. Outdoor fire pit . No smoking or Hookah allowed. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place on a small, quiet dead end street. Completely renovated home with 4ample closet space and two living rooms for gathering. Very private yard with a fire pit, large back deck with covered gazebo, TV, Blackstone grill, gas BBQ and plenty of seating. Very close to 414 to the many wineries, distilleries, breweries & restaurants. About 10 miles into town to Watkins Glen to explore the many shops, restaurants and State Park for hiking.

Our home , just 8 miles from Geneva NY and 10 miles from Hobart William Smith, is a very clean 3 bedroom home in a country setting. The Master bedroom is a king with adjoining full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen. Both 2 and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom. The home has been recently painted and carpeted. Nice front porch to relax on as well as a side deck. Setting on one acre, half of which is wooded. The home has Air Conditioning.
