I had a great stay at Muriel's place. The spot is only a block off the water, which provides great backdrops for walks. It's a private spot that's conveniently located (not walkable, but only a 5-minute drive) near to the park neighborhoods (Thornton, Audubon, Winter Park, College Park), Mills 50, and downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with easy access to I-4 and 17-92. This is a great, clean, and well-maintained spot, with a great host, that is well worth the price.

We had such a lovely stay! Space was super clean, spacious, and full of natural light with beautiful high ceilings. The walk up to the guest house was charming and peaceful too. Really enjoyed our time here! 🏡

The place was very cute and small the outside doesn’t match at all what the inside looks like though I did have a nice time and the pool was great the mattress is nice the bathroom is very very small though. The host is very responsive in good time

Super clean, comfortable and safe. We loved our stay. The only issue we had was out of Maricela's control which was the loud cars and street noise throughout the night. But there was a white noise machine provided, which really helped. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Patrick is a great host and his place is the perfect getaway spot for a weekend on the river. He is very friendly and responsive and made me feel right at home. If you’re looking to get out in nature for some peace and quiet without having to travel too far away, then you can’t beat this location.

First, let me explain this was my first experience with an AirBnb and I’m pleased. I did have trouble with entry because I just didn’t know any better and it was a late arrival. Lina assisted (thanks again!). The accommodation is clean and comfortable and well appointed. I had everything I needed. The location is perfect as it’s close to my family. And it’s reasonably priced. I have already requested a reservation for next year same weekend for the another family event. So, unless my family sets up guest quarters in their home, I keep Lina’s listing where I quickly find it.

Rhonda’s place is most welcoming. When we 1st arrived the setting was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. She’s responsive, proactive, down to earth. She offered much more than what I was expecting. Helpful with recommendations. The place was so relaxing that we didn’t leave at all. Pool being right at our doorstep made the whole experience that much better. Hot shower clean place linens towels and even more at your disposal. I’m definitely coming back. One recommendation is try and leave the little oasis because it was so cozy for us that we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a home away from home this is it! Best lake house stay hands down

great stay near lots of fun things to do

We had the best weekend. Everything is nice and clean and if you need anything they are quick to respond. Parked my car when we arrived and didnt use it the whole weekend. The golf cart gets you everywhere you need to go food,stores and parks everything is close by. We would definitely stay here again and i would recommend this airbnb to my family and friends.

It was a perfect place for a couple to stay. It was close to downtown Sanford restaurants and activities yet peaceful and quiet. It was clean and comfortable.

Talena was a great host. She responded fast every single time we reached out to her. The unit is small but is very well distributed they even have laundry which is a plus. We stayed two nights and we had a very peaceful time.

First off, the place is absolutely beautiful, you feel comfortable right when you walk in. High ceiling, squeaky clean, massive shower. Dorine is so kind and quick to respond to any questions you might have. The neighborhood is gorgeous and peaceful. There was an art fair going on during our stay that we could easily walk to. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cute place. Close to the airport. Comfortable bed. We missed having a sofa and chairs. We couldn’t sit outside because of mosquitoes. Host was very responsive. Thank you!
