Shared garden and laundry room. Although the house is surrounded by woodland and vineyards, it is only a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the bus stop and a café/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bellinzona. Bellinzona-sud motorway exit 5 minutes and 25 minutes on foot from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

The kitchen and living room area (open space) is divided by a corridor. There is a spacious and bright balcony facing southeast. Heating is provided by underfloor coils, and there is an air conditioner for cooling only in the living area.

The spacious 2-room apartment "Appartamento Amore" is our couple's apartment. The double bed invites you to spend cozy hours in front of the fireplace and the open floor plan is ideal for two people. The newly renovated apartment is on the 1st floor of an old, traditional Ticino house with courtyard to enjoy & barbecue. It is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport and perfectly located as a starting point for all kinds of excursions.

A light-filled veranda is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and several chairs. A warm-colored area rug is positioned on the wooden floor. Large glass panels provide expansive views of the sky while allowing natural light to brighten the space.
