It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. The apartment includes 2 double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine, and the other with a sink, bathtub and toilet. The kitchen and living room area (open space) is divided by a corridor. There is a spacious and bright balcony facing southeast. Heating is provided by underfloor coils, and there is an air conditioner for cooling only in the living area.

It is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport and perfectly located as a starting point for all kinds of excursions.
