Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! However, you need a bike or car to get to the beach. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

We were personally welcomed by the two hosts and given a tour of the beautiful property. Since we arrived late in the evening, they had even prepared an antipasti platter for us so we wouldn't go hungry — a very thoughtful gesture and by no means a given. Throughout our stay, they were always available for any questions and extremely helpful. The host’s father, who lives next door, treated us with pancakes and local delicacies, which made our stay even more delightful. Aside from the wonderful, spacious accommodation with plenty of room for the kids and areas to relax, it was an exceptionally pleasant stay — made even more special by the warmth and effort of the hosts. Highly recommended!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

We were on site with a group of 10 people. Everything worked out great and the owners are very nice.

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

We had a great time in this beautiful house in Croatia! Everything was just like in the photos – clean, modern and furnished with great attention to detail. The location was perfect: quiet and right by the sea. We particularly liked the well-kept garden - ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly and easy to reach. Tomislav and family are great hosts. They welcomed us with full warmth, and showed us the place throughly. The place offered plenty of features, which we didn’t even think of such as 2 kitchens (indoor and outdoor), a big barbecue pit. The place was built new and top class furnishing. Tomislav was very responsive and also recommended us local places to visit. They also offered us welcome drinks (beers, juice, cold drinks etc). The place was worth for every penny we spent. Highly recommended.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you are only half an hour away from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large barbecue gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Just perfect - spacious and probably recently renovated apartment, super clean and well equipped. Big comfortable bed. We felt like home. With private parking in a courtyard, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Only a few minutes drive to Paklenica.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place! On the first day, we were warmly greeted with an etagere full of meat, ham, cheese, fresh bread and donuts - a great gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. The entire complex is very large and perfect for a stay with four people. We particularly liked the opportunity to cook in one room and eat in the other, which gave us an incredibly homely feeling. For barbecue fans, there is also an outdoor barbecue, which we were happy to use. Shopping is very easy in the neighbouring town of Benkovac, which makes your stay even more pleasant. In addition, we had plenty of opportunities to keep ourselves busy on the grounds in the afternoon, because there is a small mini golf course, a dartboard, a table football table and a refreshing pool, which provided a lot of fun and variety. Overall, we can only recommend Martin's accommodation!

Senka oso jatorra izan zen. Etxeak su txiki bat eta hotzkailuan zeuzkan, guri oso ondo etorri zitzaigun!:) Hondartza oso urbil dago eta Plakenika parke naturalara 7 minututan iristen zara. Estanzia ona eduki genuen!

To sum up our stay without missing something will be hard. First if all, he offered us the home DAYS early, at no charge. We drove in from Slovenia in a storm, a 3 hour drive took 7. What a blessing a stocked fridge was! Bread, wine, juice, milk, meats, fruit, dog food...I was able to feed us! The home is so cute and comfortable. I did not notice a washing machine in the listing, but yay! There was one! We were warm and comfy our whole week there. The kitchen is great with all you need to cook. It was January, so enjoying the outside areas was minimally possible, but they are all beautiful. I really wanted to eat on the porch! There was a place to grill, a beautiful pool, secure and stylish fencing. The neighborhood...peaceful. I walked all over with my dog, over to the sea, through olive groves, safely. There is a coffee shop and small market 250m down the little road. Around the corner, a restaurant and larger market. A very short drive to more coffee and food! Also, Zadar is near.
