I am fully air-conditioned and have a beautiful walled garden. A washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, food processor, coffee machine, gas barbecue and electric car charging station are available for your use. Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. You will stay as close as possible to our animals, which make up all the charm of the place: donkey, Highland cow, pig, goats, peacocks, chickens, rabbits... An authentic and rejuvenating setting, ideal for a break in the countryside. The gîte of the Arche des Hays has been carefully furnished in an old stable, at the end of our typical farmhouse.
