Charming holiday home, located just 250 meters from the coast at Ytterby Lyng on the Sj. Odde which is a peninsula located between Kattegat and Sejerøbugten. The house is located on a 1259 m2 large fenced plot. The house contains open kitchen/dining room with good space open combination with living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom with shower, 2 person spa as well as sauna, 3 good bedrooms as well as utility room with washing machine. From the living room exit to the lovely both open and terrace. When you stand out on the road, you can look down to the water.

Cozy cottage of 138 sqm with plenty of room for 4 adults as well as 4 children and up to 2 babies in a travel bed. The summerhouse is newly renovated. Min. 4 day out of season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity 3.79 kr. per kwh, reduced to 3 kr. due to lower tax per 1/1-26. water 79 kr. per m3, the landlord reads the meter at check in and out and sends a charge for actual consumption via Airbnb

Make some good memories in this beautiful cottage, located on a large, fenced natural plot, with both shelter and fireplace. There is a wilderness bath, outdoor shower, indoor spa and sauna. The beach is only 700 meters from the house, and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, with dunes and very child-friendly. Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Max. 8 people, 1 baby + 1 dog.

Cozy classic cottage, located directly on the beach meadow/nature area and only 130 meters from the water. With enchanting views of Lammefjorden - with the sky and water as an ever-changing painting. Enjoy the view of the fjord sitting in the 39-degree hot water in the wilderness bath, which is integrated into the terrace and located high in the backyard. Make delicious campfire food while you enjoy the large fire pit, or light up the grill on the covered terrace and enjoy how close nature surrounds this house.

Charming farmhouse the Countryside

The house is 220 m2 of high quality living space i the danish countryside by Lake Gyrstinge in Central Zealand. 4 doublerooms, sleeping loft w. 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equiped for 10 persons, big living room. Completely furnished with all neccesary houshold utensils. The house holds a wood-fired sauna and a wilderness spa which guests can rent for an additional fee of DKK 1100 for the spa and 700 for the sauna. If you rent both items the cost is DKK 1500 for two days.

The house is centrally located in a big vacation area with beautiful nature and ferries to other parts of Denmark. With only 700m to a fine sandy beach, via a small calm path-road, and 3 km to the city center with restaurants, café's, bars and shopping opportunities. At the big theme park "Sommerland Sjælland" only 7 km away you can spend a whole day with the kids.
