The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Sommerhuset `Aage`

‘Aage’ er vore dejlige rummelige sommerhus. Beliggende 6 min gang fra sejerøbugten, hvor der er badebro eller 15 min gang fra Kattegat. Vi har en skøn naturgrund med store gamle træer, hyggelige kroge og meget sol. `Aage er bygget i 70`erne men er helt opdateret indenfor de sidste par år. Der er nyere køkken, nyere brændeovn og resten er istandsat og indrettet i en blanding af nyt og retro. Der er overdækket træterrasser der skygger for sol eller skærmer for en lille byge.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Hele sommeren er der rig mulighed for at flytte livet ud i haven. Her kan I tage karbad midt på terrassen, og der er fri leg blandt rutsjebane, sandkasse og havens mange hemmelige kroge.

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with an outdoor shower.
