The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Staying with Pascale is like staying with a friend - she took such good care of us and welcomed us into her home. Her apartment is well appointed and has everything you could need. Tu Huong is an excellent host. The apartment is well located, perfect for lovers of the 13th arrondissement, there is everything nearby. I think we can't make it quieter in terms of sound in the apartment. Super equipped, there are towels, a hair dryer, umbrellas... what more could you ask for...

I stayed 3 nights here. The place is clean, modern, full amenities and look new. It is convenient, close to everything, good enough space for 2 people. Its a 1 room with a double bed and a sofa. The bed is comfortable. I really enjoyed staying there.

Mohammed’s place was in an excellent location. There is plenty to do nearby shopping, nice restaurants, and close to monuments. Mohammed was very helpful with check-in and showing me all of the details and how to use everything at the property. The place was clean, but not spotless. The property could use a professional deep clean. There were a few issues that came up, and Mohammed was quick to resolve them. So he was definitely a good host. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, I had a lovely stay.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her home. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The location is close to the subway that takes us to the centre of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-to-eat food. I really liked it. Thank you.

The apartment is exactly as it shows the pictures. Very clean and modern. 7 minutes walking to the train station. It has all amenities for a family 6-7 people The AC is portable and it works fine just install it at the living room. It has washing and drying. It was a good apartment in regards quality and price.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

The host was very kind and we loved the location. It was close to the bus stop and metro as well as plenty of food options close by!

Very clean and functional accommodation, the host was available and responsive. The movie theater and ping pong table are great for spending an evening as a couple or with friends. I would recommend it 100%

Beautiful house, very atmospheric and comfortable for 12 people. A good kitchen with a large table. Quiet. If you're driving, this option is perfect. We didn't have a car and it was a bit far to the metro, but you can take a taxi to get to the center of Paris, it's fast and inexpensive. Thank you, Vincent!

Lovely big space, easy access to shops and a couple of bar/ restaurants. Transportation to Paris was very close too. Ambre was really easy to deal with and helped us whenever needed. Would definitely visit again.

Awesome place to stay in Villetaneuse. We stayed there for several weeks. Very quiet, relaxing. Well equipped with a very tasteful decoration! We highly recommend it!

We had a great time! The house is spacious, clean, very well equipped and perfectly located for visiting Paris, Parc Astérix or the Mer de Sable. Ahmadou was available, welcoming and very responsive. Kais was very responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The property offers secure parking with an electronic gate, making it very private and safe. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we felt comfortable going for walks. There’s also convenient street parking right outside, and local stores and a McDonald’s are just a 5–10 minute walk away. The house itself was clean and spacious, with three bathrooms and two showers/baths—very handy for a family. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor jacuzzi, it was a great bonus to have. The kitchen is well-equipped with most cooking amenities depending on your needs. My family and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Paris!
