The apartment has a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. A fireplace is available for cozy hours (wood can be purchased on request for a small fee). There are three bedrooms. A baby crib can be provided on request. Vehicles can be parked directly in front of the apartment.

In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.
