We had a great stay at Lisa's place. Our family spent a lot of time on the water exploring the lake in the available canoe and kayaks and really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the evenings. The outdoor space is setup perfectly for living outside on those sunny days and inside the cabin is cozy and has all the amenities you need if the weather isn't great.

The perfect getaway for a couple or small group of friends! Everything was very well updated and the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. They provided a timely response when needed and were very easy to book with. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent a few nights here and it was fantastic. Brad and Erin were friendly and very responsive! The cottage was everything we were looking for. Quant, private, hot tub, on the lake, pet friendly. What more could you ask for? Highly, highly recommend!

What a beautiful place! The dock area with hot-tub, picnic table and huge seating area in a serene lake setting with trees was incredible. The cottage itself clean and comfortable with many places to sit quietly or enjoy games together. I highly recommend! It was a cold and rainy weekend for us, but we still had fun! We can imagine how wonderful it would be in warmer weather! The hosts were very responsive to questions and very helpful.

The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances one could hope for. All of the beds were very comfortable with clean bedding. The house boasts a perfect view of the lake and is peacefully tucked into the forest. Our family stayed to visit Sandhills Nursery nearby for Easter activities for the kids. The house is also driving distance to a lot of great hiking trails and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back!

We loved our mini getaway! We had everything we needed and more! Sleeping was a dream. Comfy bed (and cozy couch!) Chilled by the fire…. Wandered the road…. Peaceful vibes. Kyle and his wife have thought of everything….from the record player to playing some cards by the fire! Thank you for hosting us. I was here with my girlfriends for the weekend. I was very excited about this place because of the sauna and Nordic pools available. Alina was very proactive and reaching out to help us make the weekend as comfortable and interesting as possible. She has some really great suggestions for what to do in the area and how to make the best use of your time. The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained and the provided shampoo conditioner and body wash smelled so good! otherwise it was very well thought out and designed. And I appreciate how homie it felt. Thank you for such a lovely stay. I will remember this place for the future if I ever wanted to come back to Muskoka again :)

very nice place to getaway and relax! Just what we needed to relax and enjoy with the family! the lake is beautiful, we really enjoyed the canoeing and kayaks. even the big yard and the view are awesome. only one thing, the sofa bed was not very comfy to sleep. but, everything else was perfect to enjoy. thanks Ash/Nic for being a good host and friendly ppl.

A great weekend with my cousin and her 2 year old child and 2 dogs. Made much use of the kayaks and sunbathing on the pontoon, as well as the fire pit and covered deck in the evening.

It was 5 stars for us . Not likely 5 stars for others . But differnt strokes for differnt folks . We had a great time and its a beautiful spot . We will definitely return

My friends and I found this cottage when looking for a place to stay for an ATV getaway, cottage was very close to the trails! Host was amazing to deal with and the whole process was easy! Felt very comfortable and will be looking at returning!

I can't thank Tiffany and Pat enough for being amazing hosts and helping me through a difficult time. I stayed there on two separate occasions. The location of the house is right on the lake and sitting and watching the sun rise was beautiful. Narrows Convience Store is down the street and so is Mikisew Provinvial Park. The house has all the amenities (more than any other Airbnb I have stayed at). I would rats it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again so much!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving getaway at Cara’s place! The place was extremely nice and cozy with everything we could ask for. The location was great, only 10 mins away from Arrowhead Provincial park, 15 mins away from all the restaurants in downtown Muskoka. The bed was also super comfortable. We had great sleep there. Overall, it truly exceeded our expectations and we would love to go back in the future!

An amazing off the grid cabin in the most beautiful location right on the lake. Paul is nothing but an amazing, friendly, accommodating host. did he check in a few hours after we settled but he also checked in the next morning and throughout the trip. Even just taking the boat out on the lake, he was nothing but amazing, providing any and all information. So much more was provided and available not only on the property but in the cabin. the only thing that made this trip better was in fact Paul's dog Scuba. My dog could not come on my trip so having a furry friend was an amazing bonus. If you want a getaway from city life be by the water, have an amazingly chill friendly host and an awesome adorable dog to play with this is the place to be. Will definitely be back in the future.

Our Misty River Cabin stay was absolutely dreamy. We stayed for a weekend with our dog and left feeling relaxed and refreshed after a beautiful time in nature. The cabin is extremely cozy and has all the cottage feel while still being very luxurious. Every aspect of the cabin from the comfy beds to fully equipped kitchen (and so much more) made it feel very bespoke and special. It rained almost the entire time, but we still enjoyed every moment as we could snuggle in the Muskoka room (with outdoor fire) and watch rain fall on the river as the birds sang, or enjoy movies on the cozy couch next to the fire. Our dog got to enjoy plenty of play on the little beach and shallow water too. It was wonderful to have a vacation the entire family could enjoy. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed for two nights with my husband and our dog, and we loved it! The place was cozy yet modern, with all the essentials—heating, cooling, and wifi. The bathroom was a definite highlight for us. Everything was just as described, and the little jar of honey was such a sweet touch. We also appreciated the bug helmets and Thermacell—super handy! The location was great, and having easy access to the Oxtongue River and dock was super convenient. Kayaks and canoes were also included in the booking. The views were beautiful, and the outdoor space was both peaceful and functional. Check-in was smooth, and the host had great communication and was very responsive. The cabin’s modern design really stood out. Thanks so much for having us—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

This was our second stay at Sunmeet's cottage. We love how quiet and private the cottage is. We stayed a little over a year ago and this time around it was very similar to our first stay. The cottage is very clean and Sunmeet was very responsive. We celebrated my husbands birthday enjoying some amazing bbq'd food and then had a fire in the evening. It's the perfect place if you really want to get away from noise and people (in a good way). Everywhere we wanted or needed to go was 15-30 minutes away. Thank you again, Sunmeet!!!

The Happy Place was a beautiful, quaint cabin with all the essentials for a peaceful nature getaway. Katie and Dave were thoughtful and proactive in providing check-in information and recommendations for things to do in the area. The cabin had tons of charming details, was extremely well kept and offered a lot of privacy. Weather and prior engagements kept us from enjoying the outdoor amenities (sauna, fire pit, kayaks) but we did enjoy throwing on a movie from their great collection. We would certainly come again to this picturesque cabin.

Caroline was a great host to us. She put our trust in us with our first booking on AirBnB, answered all our questions promptly and accurately, provided clear and reasonable instructions and was friendly and helpful in all communications. The cottage itself is in a nice location on a scenic lake with outdoor amenities and chairs. It was great value, and everything that was provided allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. While there are others enjoying the lake at nearby cottages, it still felt fairly private by the cottage as well. I would without a doubt consider staying here again if we're back in the area. We had an amazing time, and we will definitely be back! The cottage had everything we needed, and the beach was amazing. We had all the water toys we could imagine, and sitting at the lake in the morning was my favourite thing to do. The accessible bathroom was perfect for my son and made our stay that much better. Neil was very accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond if there was anything we needed. The lake is so peaceful and we did not want to leave. Highly recommend :)

Beautiful place so peaceful. Hosts were there if needed but we managed with no issues. Only thing was low water so no fishing so would love to go back in the summer! Ty so much for allowing us to stay!
