We spent a weekend as a group and the experience was very good. It is a very spacious and comfortable house, and due to its large size, the privacy of all guests is respected. Its immense view of Sepúlveda and its large plot with garden and bbq make it worth the stay. Alejandro was very attentive and was available at all times to answer our questions. Highly recommended

My group of friends and I had a spectacular weekend at Silvia's house. The house is amazing and has everything to enjoy without leaving it. I'd like to point out that it has a lot of areas to hang out and spend time, including a living room, a porch with a BBQ, a terrace, a pool area with its chill-out area... Very cool! A wonderful and super comfortable house for several families with children. It is super well equipped. It doesn't lack anything. You end the weekend thinking that you could have done with more time to enjoy the whole house. The village is also wonderful with children (magical trail, donkeys, vultures, views, the surrounding countryside...) Highly recommended

Super comfortable house to spend a weekend with the kids. We went with 6 couples and the kids and it was a joy. Each room having its own bathroom gives you privacy as a couple while you're all in the same house. It has everything you need for cooking: utensils, pots, pans, dishwasher, coffee maker... We would definitely repeat. Super quiet area with nearby routes for going out for a walk. You can park your car right at the door.

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable: the layout, the mattresses, all the kitchenware, the exterior,... a joy. Gema was super kind, always making sure we didn't miss anything. The area is super quiet, very close to a small forest and also close to the center of Cercedilla. One of my favorite houses, without a doubt.

We loved the house and the truth is that if the photos draw attention, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and the owners, who solved all our doubts and helped us retrieve a suitcase that we left behind.

Great accommodation in rural surroundings for a weekend of authentic luxury, only the time that, being May, left us without being able to enjoy the pool... spacious, comfortable rooms, a spectacular living room for eating, playing, etc... and the outdoor space is beautiful. Recommended for 200%.

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. The house is great, everything is very clean and with all the necessary things for a very pleasant rural weekend. The 10 host takes initiative to facilitate check-in and stay. it's very likely we'll repeat it.

We had an excellent weekend. It's an ideal place to unwind with friends or family for a few days, and very close to Madrid, so you can enjoy a whole weekend without long journeys.

Simply perfect! The stay at Inmaculada's house was amazing. The spacious, comfortable and very clean house is located in a residential area where peace and quiet prevail. Located about 10 minutes' walk (taking a walk around the area) from the centre of the village where we find all kinds of services. One night we didn't feel like going out and we ordered dinner from Glovo, which goes that far! The best of all is the garden where we have been able to enjoy long baths in the pool, we have barbecued and had breakfast under the shade of a fig tree. We'll definitely be back soon! Last but not least, we highlight the kindness and hospitality of the immaculate hostess, we were pleased to meet her. We recommend it for a family stay.

We stayed 10 people in this house and the experience was excellent. The house is very spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped for large groups. One of the greatest successes was the garden and the barbecue area, which at this time of year we were able to enjoy a lot. We had a great time there, both day and night. Everything was very clean upon our arrival and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Definitely a place we would love to go back to. Highly recommended!

Not only is the house great, but we were all surprised how clean it was. In addition, it had details that were important to us: hair dryer, cleaning products, toaster, firewood... There is a supermarket nearby in case you need to buy something, and access to the house is very simple.

We had an amazing time at the home in Valdeprado! The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was really helpful and always answered our questions promptly. My grandchildren had a blast in the playhouse, toys, and pool. We also loved the charming town of Valdeprado and the friendly people there. The owner of the market and cafe was super welcoming and hospitable. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the home was even better than we had imagined!
