A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

Location: Quiet and safe residential area, only a 10-minute walk to the Danube Island, and the centre of Vienna is also quick and easy to reach. The bus stop is just a few steps from the building. You can reach Vienna's many attractions in 15–30 minutes by car.

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.
