Beachfront holiday rental in Sedgemoor

We've just had a wonderful stay at the bungalow, which is set in a beautiful, quiet location with a private garden behind the owners house. The bungalow is well equipped with everything you need and Louise and Ian are excellent, responsive hosts (thanks for the scones). Beer and Seaton are both within easy walking distance, about 15 mins, on the coastal path. We did a great walk from the door passing through Beer to Branscombe, which has a fantastic pub called the Mason's Arms, and a working mill and a forge. All worth a visit. We then walked back along the cliff which offers some amazing views. The walk was about 10 miles in total with some steps and steep climbs, so you will need to be reasonably fit. We also visited Lyme Regis and Charmouth which is a brilliant location for fossil hunting. It really is a beautiful area which is well worth a visit.

Had a lovely stay in Lyme Regis. Chris was really helpful and flexible. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was big and super comfy and we all slept so well. Would definitely recommend.

Our second stay here and it won’t be our last ! Very spacious, extremely comfortable and sparkling clean.Everything thing works extremely well. Fab kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable furniture and easy to use TV. Enormous comfortable bed and very user friendly bathroom. Definitely not exclusively for people with access problems but for my husband in a mobility scooter it was perfect. Easy and safe parking and perfect location. Are you getting the vibes that we liked it ! We are looking forward to coming back ! 😀😀

Wow, what a stunning location. It's every bit as beautiful as in the photos. We watched glorious sunsets from the terrace and enjoyed walks on the beach. I enjoyed looking around the immaculately kept gardens and could have watched the colourful koi in the pond for hours, plus the two cute horses in the field. Andrew's directions to the house are spot-on, please don't trust your satnav or you risk being taken down some very narrow lanes with grass growing in the middle and no passing places. Ask me how I know. There is no mobile reception at the house, as you would expect given the location, but the wifi is very good. Beds and bedding super comfortable.

We had a really enjoyable stay. Caroline provided good instructions on how to get there and the guide book then had lots on information regarding the apartment and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Much enjoyed our stay - good location flat was perfect and communication with host was v helpful. No problems would recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights. The holiday house was spacious enough to fit family of 4. Plenty of room to play for little ones. Very clean and well organised. The only improvement I could suggest would be to install slim dishwasher but it was perfect anyway. I would recommend and come back.

Lovely accomadation, and gemma was very prompt at replying to any messages. Very attentive lady. Would certainly book gemma van again if visiting somerset.

Ladram Bay offers so much for a young family and our children loved the site, proximity to activities and the beach. Thank you Hayley and family for sharing your holiday home. Emily has a lovely caravan in a quiet spot on an otherwise busy site. The caravan felt surprisingly spacious and it was great to have that second toilet available. It was also lovely and very convenient to have the shower. The site offers a lot for families with several play areas, crazy golf and swimming pools.

A wonderful caravan. Good spot high up with a stunning view of the sea and landscape but still close down to the beach. Family all loved it. Comfortable, clean and excellent quality with everything we needed. Also adored the sitting out the front terrace bit watching the sunset. We went for fossil hunting and it’s an easy drive to Lyme Regis and other Jurassic spots with nearby big shops in Exmouth. There’s also a great restaurant/bar on the sea side bit and a centre with extra bits in the holiday park. Definitely a place we’d consider going back to.

Loved the Caravan clear instructions as to how to access and gain entry which was useful as we did not realise just how big the site was! It was very clean warm and comfortable also very well equipped. I have to say I did not read the instructions carefully enough and brought no bedding with us. This was resolved via the Reception on the site and for a small deposit we were provided with bedding which was delivered! Deposit returned on return of the bedding so no crisis. Lots of lovely walking from the caravan perfect for the dog. We were visiting friends in the area and would definitely consider coming again.

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

We had an incredible stay with Nikki for our holiday this year. The flat was perfect for what we were looking for, a base right on the beach front where there were restaurants and cocktails bars around to enjoy in the evenings. Nikki was an excellent host and was very responsive whenever we messaged her with questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Great accommodation Hosts provided very simple and straightforward directions and communication was friendly and caring whilst respecting privacy .

Perfect weekend break in beautiful Weymouth. Andrew was a great host, very welcoming and was kind enough to wait up for us as we arrived a little late. Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, sea view is stunning, easy access straight out onto the beach. Lots of nice places to eat and drink all within a short walk and beach is beautiful, super clean. Thanks Andrew, we will definitely be booking to come back again

The flat was in a perfect location for marina, beach and the strand with local bars, cafes and local places to eat. The kitchen super equipped with everything. Super comfy bed lovely towels and plenty of them. Could not have been more pleased when we arrived. Would definitely book again without hesitation if we returned to exmouth. I loved my stay here! The location is fantastic, and the little garden in back was heavenly. I loved sitting outside at sunset and drinking coffee out there in the morning. Host was extremely gracious and had great recommendations (River Exe Cafe is a true gem). The house is extremely cozy. I wish I stayed here longer!

We found it easy to check in and was not disappointed with our logdings. place was immaculate throughout, exactly as described. Located close to the beach and other amenities was perfect for us with our young daughter. Despite being in low rise block, the flat felt peaceful and private. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely base to explore the area. Hosts sent messages proactively, to ensure things were ok, which was nice.

The studio was immaculate and very well done out. Everything was well thought out and we had everything we needed. The travel cot was up and ready for us, which was nice after a long journey. The location was great, right by the beach with lots of shops and cafes close by. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.
