Very friendly hosts who responded quickly and were also super flexible! The accommodation was top and the location too; lots to see within walking distance and nice restaurants around the corner. We have fallen in love with Valencia so will definitely come back, and would then choose this accommodation again! Thank you!

The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

The accommodation is super lovingly decorated and corresponds exactly to the photos. We felt very comfortable, there was everything you needed for a stay. Surrounding there are many nice cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and a bicycle rental. Kelly was a super hostess and always responded immediately if there were any questions. Thanks very much.😊

Very pleasant stay for a goodbye. Frederic is always very attentive to everything, kind and willing, even adapted the sofa for a night that we were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the environment so pleasant that surrounds it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will certainly repeat.

This beachside apartment was perfect for our family stay in Valencia. It was just a short walk to the beach and located in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped for kids, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the safe, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was very good, it was just like in the photos. There were 4 of us and we were all very comfortable. The host was attentive to us and communication with her was very good. I will definitely stay with her again when I return to Valencia

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Very walkable to many locations. Thank you Francisco!

Incredible house, so much space and very well located. Lovely pool (although chilly in April but I still used it!) Natalia is very sweet and helpful and responded very quickly to my messages. We have a 3 year old and a nearly 6 year old, and it was lovely to have all the toys and games for them. I would say if you have any younger children the hard floors/stairs might be a bit tricky/dangerous so watch out for that. Also we got a bit confused by the high tech lighting system, but other than that it's a fantastic place!!
