Morning to Evening SUN SPOT on the PEACEFUL Secluded Garden + Patio, OVERLOOKING the NATURAL WATERFALL STREAM, WILDLIFE & often our SHEEP. A small barn conversion in an idyllic setting in the Northern Fells. Your own little cottage. Completely self contained with a kitchen/living area. A small bathroom with bath and hand held power shower and loo. Upstairs two bedrooms. One double & one small twin. And table and chairs to allow for outside dining on the terrace. We are a 15 minute walk into the village or 2 minutes by car. Please note we welcome very well behaved dogs, but strictly not on the furniture or upstairs on the beds.

Quiet countryside location yet only 4 miles into Carlisle City centre. Ample private parking. Peaceful garden has an outdoor wood burner for eating al-fresco or just star gazing. The Northern Lake District and Hadrian's Wall are both less than a 30 minute drive away, and Carlisle City Centre is just a few minutes drive.

The cottage is perfect for walkers and non-walkers as there is plenty to do around the area.
