The accommodation was cozy, spacious and clean. Parking is conveniently located next to the apartment. Communication with Gabe was prompt and helpful. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Lucie has truly made this unit so warm and inviting with great attention to detail. The location itself is also great, not too far from the city to drive but not too close either. Thanks again!

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

Thoughtfully designed and appointed place - has all the things you need and Marcia makes it very easy to get in and check out. Easy to get to Lewiston, Brunswick, Portland and everywhere in between!

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

Super cute, everything you need and nothing you don’t, and can’t beat the location. Will absolutely be keeping my eyes peeled for this place next time I visit Portland. Thank you!!

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cute place. Perfect for our family of 4. Close to hiking and short walk to lake. The wifi was spotty but otherwise it was great.

Place was great! Had everything we needed and then some and was a great way to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday. Colleen was great, gave restaurant recommendations and always responded when we needed anything.

We loved this place! We were renting for our daughter’s college graduation, and even though it poured all weekend- we really enjoyed just hanging out at the house. Mostly I loved loved the king size bed and I’m going to ask where the owner got it - slept like a baby!

I had a wonderful experience at the house, I felt right at home the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, the garden with the fire pit and picnic table wonderful, reading books in the shade of the trees in the afternoon was amazing. The bedrooms were great and I enjoyed the balcony. Kiana is a wonderful host, I highly recommend staying at her house. I look forward to coming back next year. I stayed here solo for a weekend event just 10 minutes away, and it was the perfect home base. The listing matched the description to a T! The cottage is clean, cozy, and updated with care, featuring fresh paint, new furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. Although it’s ideal for families or couples, it was also just right for a solo getaway. I kicked off the season with a lobster roll at the place down the street (because where else but Maine?), and enjoyed the peaceful vibe the whole weekend. The private little sand beach down the road is a lovely bonus—just a short walk and you're by beautiful Sebago Lake. It’s a great place to relax. The location is also super convenient—close to shopping, dining, and 10 minutes away from my event at St Joseph's College. Andy was a fantastic host, allowing me to check in early and making sure everything was easy. Honestly, if you forgot to pack something, chances are Andy already thought of it and had it stocked. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and comfortable house in a lovely natural setting, five minutes from Pleasant Mountain, which we think is a wonderful family ski area. Marty was very kind and extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. We would love to return and experience other seasons here as well.

Absolutely LOVED my little getaway! Everything was perfect. The suite was gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated. Scott and Hope were quick to respond to my questions and extra helpful. The bed was so comfy! The shower is on the smaller side, which was totally fine for me but something to keep in mind. The location was great and easy to walk into town. Everything was a 10/10, definitely staying here again!

We booked Trickey Moose to spend quality time with our two Maine teen grandchildren while they were on spring break. The place was perfect for our needs. The home is quite spacious yet offered each of us an element of privacy. We found the home in immaculate condition and stocked with every essential needed. The “community pantry” was a pleasant surprise and was stocked with the few incidental items we hadn’t brought along. The ping pong and air hockey tables created a friendly competition between the grandkids and grandparents. Great memories were made…. only wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

The bed was super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and the living room was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and private. The home was immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a hassle-free stay. A huge thank you to Joe for being a fantastic host! If you're looking for a perfect weekend escape, this is the place. We can't wait to come back!

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.
