Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seattle Waterfront

Enjoyed our stay. Ian was responsive and due to our parties split arrival time allowed us to check in a little earlier. Clean, cute, functional place. Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again if back in Seattle.

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

We had such a fabulous time at Lene’s beautiful home ! Set in the perfect location next to Lake Washington in gorgeous Madison Park, which has wonderful cafes and restaurants. Very spacious and cozy with such a lovely comfy bed and ultra pristine linen. The great kitchen has everything you need and the shower was wonderful. It was extremely quick and easy to get into downtown on the number 11 bus. Lene is such a great super host nothing was too much trouble for her and she even let us use her laundry room which was so kind of her. We would not hesitate to recommend. Highly recommend as a home base to explore Seattle from! Warmly welcomed by residents of the building anytime we saw them, and all their friendly pups who live there, too! Convenient access to Pike Place, waterfront and Space Needle (7-15 minutes) and quick trips to all areas of Seattle. Security every evening, and we always felt safe in the rental and area. Best highlights: *The roof is amazing. Take a picnic up and enjoy. View of sunset and Space Needle are excellent! *Mama Chavez Tamales is right beside the main entrance to the building and open late. IMO - the best food we had in Seattle. Delicious barbacoa tacos! *The bed and pillows are SO comfortable. Best vacation sleep ever! Recommendations: *There are only two sets of towels, so bring additional or plan to do laundry frequently. *If you're getting flowers from the Market, you'll need to buy a vase. *The "bag check" option isn't super secure, but we appreciated it and just took our valuables. Go on, book it!

LOCATION, LOCATION Karthik's place was close to all of the things we planned for our 2 night stay in Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. We were starting a cruise from Seattle and we only needed to walk 2 blocks, downhill, to our cruise terminal. The condo comfortably accommodates 2 people. We would stay again!

You can see from the pictures that Karla’s place is beautifully decorated with whimsy and joy! We cooked in the lovely, well stocked kitchen and loved doing art together at the huge dining table, set in a room full of windows that seems hung among the trees! With so many Airbnb’s (especially in Seattle, for some reason) run by a company, often soulless and barely adequate, this home was the opposite: exquisite, every detail attended to, bathroom and kitchen generously stocked, and around every corner a surprise design element We walked the neighborhood and slept soundly in the bed. I hope to stay here again!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

Modern suite in a central location. The white noise gadget is surprisingly effective against the proximate freeway.

Listen, this place was great! It’s close enough to the water taxi for easy access to downtown and the neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet. The space is big enough for 2 and the host is very nice! Definitely will stay again in the future.

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

Had a great stay here with our dog Sammie! For a studio it has a good amount of space and felt very homey. Lots of nice touches and upgrades. Really loved the shower space with a lovely frosted window featuring a beautiful forest scene. The deck is fantastic too. Nice and private with outdoor furniture for lounging and a great view of the trees below. The whole place gets wonderful natural sunlight in the morning. It also features a cool work-from-home space with monitors that we took advantage of. There are string lights on the deck which is awesome but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and off. They seemed to be on a timer? I inquired about how they worked but didn't hear back so we just ended up unplugging them at night so they wouldn't affect our sleep. The well-manicured yard worked well for our little dog but I don't think it's fully fenced in on the side. If your pooch likes to run off, keep an eye on that. Wholly recommended!

Another lovely weekend at our favorite home-base at Ralph’s. We planned busy days and came back for downtime and getting ready for evenings out. Great walk down to the Helix Bridge and back over the Thomas Bridge to the Seattle Center. Easy return up the hill on the #1 bus. Delicious birthday dinner at Grappa close by. Looking forward to our next visit in a few months. Kathleen & Jeff

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The house was within walking distance of Seattle University and the Capitol Hill Neighbourhood, which was nice since we were in town for my daughter's college graduation. Thoughtful details like a cozy blanket for the couch and very nice soft bath towels were appreciated.

A perfect location as we needed to catch the Link to the airport in the morning. Wonderful restaurants and parks in the area. Great communications!

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

I can't say enough good about the views and the location of this condo. We were fortunate enough to have clear and dry weather for the majority of our visit and the views of the Olympics and Mt. Ranier were spectacular! The concierge was always friendly and available for recommendations, etc. The parking garage feels secure and the proximity to basic groceries/goods could not be more convenient! Wonderful place to stay!

Would highly recommend Julia’s place for anyone’s first time in Seattle. We walked to Pike Place Market, a Mariners game, and everything in between. Wonderful location! The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

This place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Close to downtown, 15min walk to Pike Place Market. Nearby public transport. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. Recommended.

Wonderful stay, layout/decor/location can't be beat! Maynard and Lyle were very communicative. We had zero problems, but I have no doubt they'd have gone above and beyond quickly if we had. Book this Air B&B if you're looking for something right downtown and are over the hotel hunt! 10/10 would recommend and will stay again if we find ourselves in Seattle!

Great place very close to the Space Needle, Popculture Museum, Pike Place Market, and Seattle Aquarium. The pool in the complex was a favorite with my kids.

We enjoyed our stay, location was perfect - easy walking to area attractions. Room was clean and as described with some personal touches. Jing was the perfect host, responded promptly and communicated efficiently for easy access of the unit. We had a very late arrival which was not an issue. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely fantastic location within easy walking distance of the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens in one direction and Pikes Place Market in the other. Plenty of great places to eat just out the door. Pedro was a great host and we very much appreciate the flexible check in as well as the local tips
