Beachfront holiday rental in Searose Beach

Great one-nighter in Florence Oregon! One block from the ocean- super cute tiny-home! Clean, comfortable and thoughtful touches (creamer for coffee) and to-go cups to take our coffee to the beach. Definitely would recommend.

Exactly what we needed! Beautiful view of the Umpqua River and fall colors. The dome was so cozy and we really enjoyed having the wood stove. Hosts were kind and attentive. Looking forward to staying here again.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

This little house is a delightful place to stay. The day room off the living room is particularly pleasant to spend time in. There is lots of light and a good view of the ocean. The kitchen is excellent - we did a lot of cooking in it. The main bed is comfortable. My only somewhat critical comment is that the shower is pretty tight, even for small women, but it is absolutely clean and nicely equipped. The location is, for us, ideal - right at the meeting of the rocky 804 trail along the coast with the miles long beach to Waldport. The house happens to be the same one (nicely renovated) that my partner and I visited many times years ago, so we had a feeling of coming home to an old beloved place that was really special. This was one of the better Airbnbs that I have stayed at, it was an extremely reasonable price for all the amenities and cleanliness. There were great restaurants that were less than 10 minutes away. drive, and the beach was less than a 5-minute walk. Melanie is also a very responsive and understanding host, so easy to communicate with. I recommend this place to anyone, it was genuinely so beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay in Otter Rock. The yurt was cozy and the little dog amenities were much appreciated! We found everything we could have needed during the stay within the yurt (microwave, cooking utensils and such). There was nearby a cute coffee / chocolate shop, and a mo's. As well as two beach access points! When we are back on the Oregon Coast, this is the first place we will be looking to stay!!

This cottage had everything I needed for my brief stay. I really enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness of the location. The best part is that it was just a few blocks away from the ocean, would highly recommend!

The place is perfect for 8-10 people. 4 bedrooms all with comfortable beds and all have doors. Because of the layout with the living, dining, kitchen on the top floor and bedrooms on the 2 floors below, people could stay up and talk without bothering anyone who went to bed earlier. Comfortable beds, great views, amazing agates, kitchen well stocked (far better than mine and I love to cook!), beach is long, and you can hear the waves all the time. You can walk and walk and walk! A really great place to stay. We loved it!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Loved the neighborhood, there were so many good places in walking distance or within a short drive. It was a very comfortable place, set up well. They even had little snacks for us! Also, the soundproofing on the windows is great, you couldn't hear any outdoor sound at all. Also super nice to not have a long to-do list at the end of our stay.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was everything that was listed and more. It was nice to have the little extras in the kitchen, like coffee, spices, working appliances, extra food if needed. It was also nice to have extras like phone cables, laundry soap, dryer sheets and soap and shampoo in the showers. I would recomend the condo to everyone looking for a place in Newport. Leslie

Incredible view! We felt pampered from the moment we stepped inside to a welcome bag, filled with goodies. There were shelves filled with books, games and dvds but I could just sit and watch those waves all day long in a comfy recliner. Everything was perfect, from the sumptuous sheets and towels to the incredibly stocked kitchen, which was a dream to cook in. Joni was so helpful with her texts and phone calls.

Was a lovely place to stay. The house was super clean and neat. It looked like the carpet had just been shampooed. Was perfect for a romantic weekend, but also kid friendly with games, children's book and sand toys available. The only thing that concerned me, was trying not to track water and sand into the house as it was pretty rainy during our stay.

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. You can’t beat the ocean view that we had for our Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meal. The house was very clean. We would definitely rent this house again if we were staying in this area.

Our book club has had the great experience of staying in this wonderful home for many years. This was our first April stay which gave us longer days to enjoy the incredible views. We also noticed different wildlife such as bald eagles and pelicans. We look forward to returning to Siah’s family home in October.

We had such a great time can’t wait to come again. Everything had all the amenities of home we absolutely loved it.

Right on the beach - 20 feet away. Extremely clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Neighbors on both sides but absolutely no issues. View out the back toward the ocean is completely unobstructed. Spent hours just watching the ocean waves, birds and sunsets. Beach is extremely wide - at low tide and even at high tide you can walk for a mile either direction north or south. Be advised the property has the Pacific Coast Highway on the east side and there is traffic noise, but from the decks on the west side, it's not noticeable. We didn't try the hot tub but it was ready and waiting for use. Having immediate access to the beach with unlimited walking made this a well-worth 7 night vacation for us.

Beyond Incredible location... right on the ocean front, up high with an immense view of the Pacific, including the Yaquina lighthouse to the north. This is a cozy cottage that is in the Nye Beach area of Newport with all of the great restaurants and shops that area has. You can walk down to the beach from two locations a few minutes walk away. It has a small, but functional kitchen with everything. One can just sit in the living room and take in the amazing ocean view and sounds of the surf all day. Spotlessly clean. I'll stay here again when I come back to Newport.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!
