Beachfront holiday rental in Seal Rocks

we loved staying at Clare's place, everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday was supplied. Kids loved the wii, DVD selection and board games. beds were super comfy, lots of lovely light and our dog absolutely loved the dog beach.

Natalie and Colin were excellent hosts. Their house is very comfortable; they are very welcoming; and they were helpful responding to our queries. The house is located a short and pleasant walk from a stunning beach. Highly recommended!

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

We had an amazing stay as a group of friends at this wonderful Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—having the beach just across the street made our trip truly special. Our host was exceptionally helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed, and provided great local recommendations. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. The only minor watchpoint is the 1.5 bathroom setup, but we made it work without any issues. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering great recommendations for local spots and checking in to make sure all was well. The property itself was stunning! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The space was both cosy and stylish, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!

This is easily one of the best places we have ever stayed in. We loved the gym, sauna, pool and ice bath and the overall feel. With everything extremely well stocked and equipped, our holiday was even more enjoyable. Alex was an exceptional host and we can’t wait to come back!

Very homely, perfect location for walking down to Bateau Beach or along the coast track. Kids loved the pool which is a lot bigger than it appears in the photo. Gwendoline was very hospitable.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

great place to stay close to everything

We loved our Diamond Beach stay at Jenny’s place. As a family of six, the house provided so many activity options - pool, sauna, billiards, movies, music, pinball machine, table tennis, darts, board games. We did it all! There are also surfboards, body boards and fishing rods to make use of. The house is spacious and as per photos. There are also lots of chairs and nooks and crannies to sit down and read a book. The bedrooms are confortable and the main bed has a brand-new mattress which is fantastic. The view from the back deck is lovely, with generous glimpses of surf. Then 20 metres from the back fence is the beach itself, easily accessible via a private path. Local pizza and takeaway is excellent, as well as Hallidays Point Tavern hist a five-minute drive away. A highly recommended stay!

Ann’s place was lovely for our stay in Forster. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. The apartment was well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a generous amount of pods supplied for the coffee machine which we appreciated as coffee drinkers. The cookies were delicious as well. Thank you Ann.

Boomers Beach House! Amazing. Took the family fora little getaway and the place was amazing. The Balcony is exceptional! Phenomenal Views. Very large and so well put together with the shade available. Loved our stay, short walk to all the beaches even for my 2 y.o. Cafe's also in walking distance. Thank you again Tony.

One of the best views I have ever seen. House is great for a holiday get away. Well stocked with plates and bowls etc. the house has lovely amenities and close to water which is awesome for fishing and supping. Would definitely go back! Lovely trail runs in area too! It’s a lovely home!

Julie's home "Shorebreak" was amazing. It was exactly as described both in words and pictures. The location was perfect across the road from the beach with the ability to check the surf conditions from the front balcony! We were a group of 11, including 6 teenagers, there was plenty of space for everyone, huge TVs with great internet, Netflix and lots of cozy corners for parents to read, watch TV or simply relax. The house included everything you could possibly need, with the kitchen being the best of any AirBNB I have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were very large, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms huge and very modern. Julie was fabulous to deal with, she met us upon arrival and explained everything about her house, she was easy to deal with and was extremely responsive when contacted regarding a minor issue, dealing with it promptly. I would highly recommend "Shorebreak" to anyone, and we would defiantly stay at this beautiful home again. Thanks again Julie!

The home was fantastic and was perfect for 3 couples to enjoy our weekend getaway. Mary Ann was a super host, very organised and easy to communicate with. The living area was large enough for some to watch TV while others sat at the table to chat. The outdoor area was perfect to view the sunset, or if too cold, to view from the comfort and warmth of the living room. The bedrooms were all a good size with comfortable beds & good quality linen. The main bathroom was enormous, with a decent size spa. All good quality cleaning products and equipment made the check out clean up quick and easy. An easy walk around the bay to the Deck for yummy take-a-way easy dinner and a Sunday brunch, made for the perfect get-a-way.

An absolutely perfect beach getaway! This stunning beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. Ideal for our group; two couples and two children, it was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including top-notch cooking gear and even cookbooks - perfect for foodies like us! With plenty of bathrooms, a laundry, lots of storage, and even an outdoor shower for sandy days, every detail was covered. And Boomerang Beach? Just moments away via a charming stairway to pristine white sand and turquoise waters - pure paradise. This is 5+++ star accommodation, highly recommended! Thanks to a wonderful host Angelique.
