Beach house holiday rentals in Seal Rocks

One of the best locations of a BnB that I have ever stayed at. Helen's place was super comfortable and her communication was prompt and friendly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would love to come back in the summer time to take advantage of this beautiful waterfront location, but even in the winter, this stay was great! I have no hesitation in recemmending this place, we loved it!

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

Julie's home "Shorebreak" was amazing. It was exactly as described both in words and pictures. The location was perfect across the road from the beach with the ability to check the surf conditions from the front balcony! We were a group of 11, including 6 teenagers, there was plenty of space for everyone, huge TVs with great internet, Netflix and lots of cozy corners for parents to read, watch TV or simply relax. The house included everything you could possibly need, with the kitchen being the best of any AirBNB I have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were very large, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms huge and very modern. Julie was fabulous to deal with, she met us upon arrival and explained everything about her house, she was easy to deal with and was extremely responsive when contacted regarding a minor issue, dealing with it promptly. I would highly recommend "Shorebreak" to anyone, and we would defiantly stay at this beautiful home again. Thanks again Julie!

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

The house filled my brief, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which have been recently renovated, plus an added advantage of both toilets being separate from the actual bathrooms , even had a shower and toilet down stairs in the garage area (but wasn't needed for us). Its out of town abit so need at car to drive around. But right opposite Burgess Beach with ruggered rocks and cliffs and a beautiful outlook. It is walkable to One Mile Beach, but with a young family you would need to drive as its quite a steep hill to walk over. As I said it suit our purposes and was very comfortable. Would not hesitate to book again. Just don't over price yourselves due to good reviews as that is also the appeal. Its wonderful to be able to take the opportunity to have wonderful affordable holiday. Thank you.

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could’ve needed. This was hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location and so close to the beach. Walking distance to the country club. Lovely house with great pool and lovely ocean views from the top balcony.

We had the perfect stay here to celebrate my 50th birthday - 5 adults and 3 kids under 11. The house is spacious and clean. We felt like we were living in a rainforest! Great views out of every window. There are places to get coffee and eat out, within walking distance. The communication was great and we loved the welcome pack. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my birthday. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Jay and Rod’s home was beautiful! We had a wedding to attend at the Little Beach Boathouse, and this place was the perfect location as we could easily walk down to the venue. Would definitely recommend!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

we had a great stay at Elizabeth beach. The house is beautiful and well equipped. we stayed with two families with young babies. Rebecca was very responsive and accommodating for us. The house is central in the area but other than the Recky down the hill everything is a short drive away. Great "hideaway" for a long weekend or week away from Sydney. Thank you Rebecca!

This place was awesome! The property itself was really cool, with a great vibe and an unbeatable location—Boomerang Beach was right across the road, and there was a restaurant just steps away. Other shops were only a short 2-minute drive or an easy 10-minute walk. Communication with our host, Alex, was fantastic, and their recommendations made the trip even better. Plenty of beds and spread out nicely (we were in a small group so the privacy of the two wings was appreciated!). Flexible late check out was just what we needed after a wedding the night before haha. Would absolutely stay here again!

A coastal gem! Little Umi at Boomerang Beach is an absolute treasure, I would go back in a heartbeat. From the moment you walk in you feel instantly relaxed and at home, from the beautiful surroundings, views and sunshine from all angles - I never wanted to leave. Thanks to Jodi's amazing place and her outstanding communication, she was so helpful and accommodating it felt like my holiday had been thought out for me. Can't wait to book again! Thank you Jodi

What an amazing home and location. If I could give more than 5 stars for every aspect I would. The home was definitely a home away from home where everything you could imagine was stocked and provided in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas. Siting on the deck and watching the beautiful Wallis Lake view was so relaxing. The Recky Club directly across the road made dinner and drinks most nights so easy and not to mention, so cheap. I couldn't even make a meal for $12 per person - AMAZING! Julie was super responsive, accommodating and gave us some great tips and ideas for local sights, restaurants and things to do. I can not recommend this stay highly enough and would definitely love to return one day. Lisa & David

What a lovely place! We’ve been Forster for many times. This time was so nice to stay with Shelley’s beach house. It only takes 400 metres to the beach. Shelley prepares some sand toys in the garage which is so nice. The house is very clean and we loved the books and toys for kids. The kitchen and dinning area were awesome. Only one suggestion is preparing some coffee and tea bags would be much appreciated. Because Shelley has a beautiful SMEG coffee machine.

Great place, not massive but with the flat and it’s bathroom easily met our needs for four couple. The yard is a good size and the outside hot shower is awesome. The location is very close to Boomerang beach and 1km north of Bluey’s Beach shops.

Yvonne was one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with. It was wonderful to have someone who truly cared about our getaway experience. We appreciated her local knowledge & beautifully appointed home on the lake. There is every amenity that you could ever think of needing or wanting, with clear instructions provided. The house is immaculate & we hope to return with some extended family in the future to enjoy another stay. Sincere thanks for the flexible checkout time & comfortable getaway.

Miriam’s place was perfect . We loved the outside deck for afternoon sunsets and a short to walk to beautiful boomerang beach . Can’t wait to visit again

We had the most wonderful relaxed stay. We were 2 families and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the lovely big bath tubs and having 2 living rooms. The kids had a ball in the pool and our dogs enjoyed romping in the yard. We walked to boomerang beach every day which we enjoyed, and we were able to walk to Blueys easily as well. The beaches were wonderful, we particularly loved swimming at Elizabeth beach. The house was really well equipped with everything we could need. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils and there were lots of thoughtful details such as zip lock bags, baking paper and laundry pods and all the little things you need to make everything comfortable and easy. Julie was very communicative and helpful. We would all love to come back sometime! We highly recommend this place. Thanks Julie.
