Holiday rentals with lake access in Seabrook

The house is amazing, very clean and safe with extra features such as the game arcades, billiards table and karaoke. The pool was lovely, super clean, kids had a really fun time swimming! The host Ngo was superb and his communication was awesome. Super friendly and very accommodating. The house met all our needs! We would come back anytime! Highly recommended!!! Our family had a blast! Definitely going in the books as we celebrated 2025 New Year together. Thanks Ngo!

We can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this exceptional home. The owners have thought of everything. First off, this is a beautiful home with nice touches everywhere. The kitchen is one of the most well appointed we've experienced in any AirBnB home. The furniture is very, very, comfortable. The gas fire places inside and out are really nice for chilly evenings. The location is spectacular with water views in both the front and back of the house. If you have a dog, the large fenced in yard is great. There are all kinds of comfortable outdoor seating options and last but not least, the. owners are extremely responsive and go well above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect stay!

I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with a lovely water view and with my large family. We have the added consideration of my son-in-law, who has suffered a stroke and is seriously disabled. The house at Kemah was wonderfully perfect. The views over the bay are gorgeous - even on cloudy winter days. The home is spacious and we did not feel crowded. There is an elevator, which allowed my son-in-law be upstairs with us. The home owner provides plenty of things to do, including games and puzzles, ping pong, and fuze ball. Fishing on the lovely pier is another option. There is a prep table to fillet your catch and a refrigerator designated to store it, so the kitchen fridge stays fish-smell free. We stayed in for our meals, but the house is very close to the boardwalk and you can walk to restaurants and bars. 1 of 2 ovens is labeled out of service, and so is the fireplace. Also. the dishwasher doesn’t clean well. For us, these were not problems. We all hope to stay here again!

The place was beautiful and perfect for our family Christmas vacation! Host was so helpful and making it a special holiday for our family, above and beyond!

We were scheduled to arrive the week following Hurricane Beryl. Brandon stayed in communication with us, keeping us apprised of the power issues. He was so accommodating in letting us delay the start of our stay until the power was restored. The house is beautiful and so nicely maintained. It is honestly the best furnished Airbnb we've ever stayed at. It is well represented in the listing. The house is in a nice subdivision that is about 0.5 miles to a drive on beach. We rented a golf cart which made the trips to the beach easy and fun. (Sandlot Wheels and Waves will deliver a golf cart to this location sandlotatsurfsidetx This property is located in a less populated area which is exactly what we were hoping for! The crab trap made crabbing off the back deck a breeze! We fished off the back upper deck for surf fishing bait. We are already planning our next trip to the area and are hoping to stay at Brandon's place again.

Everything was as described. Check in was easy and someone had turned the porch lights on. We loved that huge covered porch! He did explain about the pier being lost in a storm but there was plenty of waterfront without it. I flew in from NC and my kids & grands spent Thanksgiving there. It was a great memory & a great place!

Great last minute stay at Andrea’s. Was comfortable, quiet, and exactly what we needed. Andrea was friendly and communicative with everything in the home. Well appointed: makeup towels, lots of towels/washcloths, charging ports by beds, some homemade cookies and a breakfast cake (so delicious!!), and more. A great place to stay - would recommend fully.

I love a place where the water temperature is perfect . I loved he responded back so quickly. Me and husband visited Kemah which is close. So I would like to explore Galveston next time. I would most likely book again. Walmart was a short drive. No too much traffic around the area.

I love this home away from home. I stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Paul is very respectful and doesn't bother you at home. He had a small puzzle collections, which I loved! I also added a few to his collections. I would highly recommend his place he has everything you need and more. Very quiet and private.

Me and my husband flew in from Michigan and stayed here for 3 days and I loved it! Felt like home away from home. Very clean decor was pretty exactly like the pictures. Great communication, great area. I will definitely stay here again next time we visit Houston! I highly recommend
