Beachfront holiday rental in Seabrook

My family of four had a wonderful time at this beach house. It's quiet & peaceful. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the neighborhood park/pool & 5 minute drive to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen had most essentials and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return

Perfect beach getaway! Walkable neighborhoods and only a 5 minute walk to the Seawall. Exactly what we were looking for and our pup loved it too!

This is our 2nd time staying at Vincent’s beach house, and it’s likely the place we will seek out on future trips to Galveston. We love the amount of space, beautiful gulf views, proximity to the peaceful private beach, and that it is pet friendly. The space is clean, and had all the amenities needed to enjoy our weeklong visit. Thanks again Vincent for another wonderful stay!

My family and I loved this place! We can’t wait to return! I think I sat on the balcony for most of my trip. Holly was very responsive and very sweet.

Excellent property conveniently located when visiting Jamaica Beach.

The house was well-appointed, cute and comfy. The location leaves you within a couple of blocks of the beach, a fancy rooftop bar or your local dive bar. We walked to Island Bike Rental and tooled around on bikes for a day. Just a really easy, lovely stay.

This is a perfect place to getaway for an extended stay or even a quick weekend. The home is very clean and well maintained. They provide all the basic essentials you could need during your stay. The location is phenomenal, right on the seawall with a relaxing and peaceful view. We really enjoyed this trip and felt very much at home. We wish we didnt have to leave, but definitely enjoyed the visit! Thanks Jamie and Vince for such an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely adored the place....well decorated, well maintained and very clean...was loaded with amenities and everything needed for comfort and feel at home. The shower was hot as I like and bed very comfortable. I brought my own white noise machine but did not need it because one was already provided. The hostess was very attentive and prompt with responding. The views of beach was therapeutic and amazing. Casa Del Mar staff was very friendly and professional. My husband and I spent 8 days in Galveston and it was perfect.

Cute little condo. The complex could use a little TLC; but the condo was super clean. It’s a little on the small side; with four adults it was a bit tight. Two pools and two hot tubs on premise. Beds were comfortable and the AC was super cold! I appreciated the keypad; instead of having to fumble for a key! There were beach towels and toys for our use as well. Literally across the street from the beach; and next to Wal Mart. We were able to book two nights with her for about half the price of a hotel. Definitely worth checking out!

Walking distance to the beach! Across the street are Seawall stairs. Everything was so clean and well stocked. The ac felt great after a long day swimming. Very responsive and helpful! Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary's place!

The host is very easy to communicate with! This place is amazing and we miss it already. From the minute you walk in, those VIEWS!! It was never really busy at the pool, and even if it was it's a 300 foot pool. Not much to worry about. Beach access was easy, the condo itself was clean and enjoyable and quiet! We are very much a "chill out on vacation" mode family and we still were able to go swim at all times and come back and relax. Great place, I see us being back one day. We're already homesick for that place and those views!

We stayed for 3 nights (5people) we were impressed with the cleanliness. There were plenty of towels, laundry worked well as did the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. Only thing that would have been nice were some mixing bowls or tupperware/baking dishes. House was stocked with decent quality toilet paper, paper towels laundry detergent, dish soap, plenty of trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. The view is gorgeous and Jeff was very kind on the phone when I called to adjust my reservation to include more people. Would highly recommend this spot. The game room was helpful since the weather didn’t cooperate during our visit. The staff in the office was very friendly as well. Thanks Jeff!

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

The owner and the management team were easy to communicate with. Easy to reach and cared about our experience. The private pier was so nice. So easy to travel back and forth from the house. Pet friendly was a plus!

As a visitor to San Leon for over 50 years, this house has all the charm needed for total relaxation.

great place, the pool is awesome and it's the perfect size. great little restaurant down the road and Kehma Boardwalk is just a few miles away. super awesome place

The home is very roomy and perfect for a family or a larger group. The home has been nicely renovated and is decorated well. It has a charming and cozy vibe. The pool area is very nice, well maintained and clean. This home offers so many amenities. Gregg and Elise are wonderful hosts and communicators. They have anticipated and provided for every possible need that may arise during a stay.

Tu was great and responsive to any of our questions. The place was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had family in town for a High School graduation, so it was nice to have everyone stay in one location. The backyard was perfect for an after-graduation BBQ (the property did not provide a BBQ, so we had to bring our own). The front porch overlooking the water received the most use, as we sat around enjoying the bay, making new memories.

Such a nice getaway! This is exactly what we were looking for: private and less populated, but still found what we needed and more out in town. Loved being at the house, enjoyed the pool and short walk to the the beach!
