Bedroom: remove sheets and pillow cases from bed, put in laundry basket and bathroom, but, Leave shams on pillows, and top bedspread draped on foot board of bed. Empty waste baskets and remove items from closet and under beds.

Kitchenette with an induction burner and xl toaster oven (no range) , full size fridge, private patio seating, umbrella, tropical plants. Bathroom with a small shower. Curtained off bedroom with full closet, queen bed. Living room has day bed/couch with twin mattress for 3rd guest. Amazing Seabright Beach Cottage

Classic and sweet Santa Cruz cottage. This is literally our Grandma's beach house. 3 bedroom home that is 2 doors away from one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and 1 full downstairs. Could be described as "shabby chic" but we see it as the adorable original rustic vacation house it was built as and has been its whole 130 years. The kitchen is updated but maintains it's old charm. The rest (aside from the addition of indoor plumbing) is still pretty much the same.

Walk to Boardwalk, beach and restaurants. One bedroom duplex located in lower Seabright is cozy and clean. Everything you will need including washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, etc. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage to unpack. There is a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. We do not host pets. We only host guests with positive host ratings.

The one-bedroom cottage is a peaceful retreat, nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. It is an 8-minute walk to the sunny Seabright Beach and close to all that is Santa Cruz. The sunny living room and private garden are great places to chill. It is a two-block walk to several excellent restaurants. We provide two beach cruisers, and it is less than a mile ride to either downtown Santa Cruz or the Marina. So park your car and have some fun.
