Steps from the pool and private beach, you'll hear the waves from your balcony. This 1 bedroom condo is perfect for a couple with 1-2 children. There is a queen sleeper in the living room and a full sized folding crib in the bedroom. pa. Towels and sheets are not included. We recommend using a linen service or bringing your own sheets and towels.

Newly renovated, spacious unit with new beds and furniture. We are excited to bring everything our family loves about Sea Colony/Bethany Beach to our guests. Walk outside your door and everything Sea Colony has to offer is either a short walk/bike/tram ride away. As a Sea Colony West guest, visitors will have access to numerous amenities (Tennis/Pickleball, Bike Path, Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Basketball, Sauna). Tram stop just outside the unit to drop you in front of the beach.

You have floor-to-ceiling beach views, plus amazing sunrises and sunsets from the two separate balconies. The kitchen is well equipped to cook every meal, or eat out at Ocean City's many restaurants. Your stay also comes with 4 pool passes for accessing the onsite seasonal outdoor pool (viewable from the unit) and access to the building’s tennis/pickleball courts!
