Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. There are no weeds. The pool and surroundings are also very nicely laid out, lots of space. We had a very relaxing holiday. Thanks very much. Anja and family

Cosy apartment with real fire

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

A little paradise on earth. We really had an amazing stay in Giorgia's outbuilding. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, lost in the middle of nature just 30 minutes from Rome, this is the accommodation for you. The view and the private pool complete the charm of a clean and well-equipped cottage. If you are also an animal lover, you will be delighted with cats as cute as they are affectionate, a donkey, a horse and dogs that make the experience even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure!

We had a pleasant stay at Kristina's. The house was faithful to the description. Kristina was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this rental.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. Thanks for a great week. 🙏

Communication with the host worked very well. We responded quickly to enquiries. We were there with our two dogs. Right in front of the accommodation, there are good opportunities to walk the dogs. The Rebibbia subway station can be reached in a few minutes by car and you can park under cover very cheaply (about 1.5 - 2 euros per day).

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Nice Airbnb with everything you need, with walking possibilities and cultural monuments around. Gemma was very helpful to guide us to get the car parked at the Airbnb. Highly recommended.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Beautiful farmhouse to say the least! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant decor. Dream outdoor space! Amazing views, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and private host but always present and available as needed. Your tips on activities, restaurants, and places to visit nearby are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with a bottle of a local cellar and excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super manicured garden, and breathtaking 360º views, sunrise, and spectacular sunsets. Perfect solution for those who escape the chaos of the city and look for a stay of total relaxation. It would just be missing a nice pool then it would be the dream home! We will definitely be back!

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

Sabina's house is located in a very good location. Close to public transport [metro, bus, tram]. There are many shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Still, it's peaceful. The home is equipped with everything you need and even a package of hygiene items that you may have forgotten to bring. Sabina's place is very spacious, yet cozy, perfect for a family. It has an internal terrace where we had breakfast every day. The photos are of the actual condition of the house. There's an angle for everyone, but also a shared gathering space. Sabina greeted us in person and showed us around the house, explained everything, gave us tips. She's very friendly and communicative. She even made the first shopping. A really recommendable place. A very good base for exploring Rome as well as the surrounding area.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!
