Modica is delightful and the apartment is a great base to explore it, ideally situated for both Modica Bassa and Alta. The living area and bedroom/bathrooms are across two floors linked by a fabulous staircase, with further stairs up to the terrace, which has great views across the town. Eleanora gave good recommendations for places to eat and drink - Bann bakery is excellent as is the Inno cafe and Casalindolci pasticceria in the same area. We had great pizzas at Sorsi e Morsi, all away from the throng of the main street. Definitely recommend the town and the apartment.

Great place to stay, the apartment was large and clean, was well equipped and is close to shops and restaurants. There is ample parking around the area for those who are renting a car! Would stay again!

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. I enjoyed my one-month stay at Vittorio’s place. Vittorio is very friendly and personable. The place is close to the train/bus station so you can easily explore other cities in Sicily by public transit if you don’t have a car. It’s also close to Vittoria’s city centre. The place was clean and it has a large TV, a small kitchen and a balcony. It has fast internet and a desk so you can use it if you are working remotely. The studio is also not on the street side so it’s quiet. Recommended!

A lovely and sufficiently furnished apartment. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a good time. Friendly landlords. The apartment is on the third floor, attic, and can be reached via some stairs. Air conditioning available that can also heat in winter.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's flat, which is very comfortable, just as described and in a perfect location for relaxing in Sampieri and also visiting stunning towns of Scicli, Ragusa and Modica as well as other surroundings. It was not our first time to beautiful Sampieri and it won't be our last!

The location is great - right at the beach and very quiet. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with the sound of the waves. Massimo reacted very fast - we had a WiFi issue and he even organised a technician over the Easter weekend!

This apartment is ideal for a visit to Noto. It is a short walk from the centre of town, with easy street parking. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace is a real plus.

We had a great time in Pozzalo. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Great for family reunion. There are a beach nearby and two other sand beaches within 15 minutes walking distance. Giuseppina recommended “Sea Sound” restaurant and we went there. The food was excellent. If you want to cook fish yourself there is a fish store just across the restaurant. The town has grocery stores and bakery stores with fresh baked bread and pastries. We drove to Mt. Etna and Siracusa from Pozzalo. We wanted to visit Modica and Ragusa but didn’t have time for that. It is only 30 minutes drive and beautiful towns with an interesting history.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. We visited Sicily during the off season and still had great warm weather. We were welcomed by Angelo and Saro who showed us the accommodation. Both were in contact with us over messenger and gave us many tips on nice beaches and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean with a lovely interior. We had a place to park our car right beside the door. You can take your breakfast on the beach, just walk over the street and you are there. Keep in mind that the street ist right beside the accommodation and the cars drive quite fast so it can be a little louder. Thank you for the stay!

We were more than positively surprised by the uniqueness of the place. Everything was right. It would not have been necessary to make many excursions, as even a day in and at the house was incredibly relaxing. Charlie is a very attentive but also reserved host. I can't imagine a vacation more balanced. Thank you very much for all the effort! :)

There were four of us (2 children, 2 adults) in Pino's apartment "Urano" and we felt very comfortable. Pino is a helpful and very attentive host who is always easily accessible and even welcomed us very late at night upon arrival. We all liked the large garden with the beautiful lemon tree. Since it is closed on all sides, it is especially great for small children. Thank you for everything, Pino!

We spent three nights at Paolo’s place, We highly recommend it, Communication was great, the house is very clean, freshly painted, it has all you need to stay comfortably. Paolo is an exceptional host, he greeted us in person and came again upon our departure. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions about places to visit and eat. Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

We had a wonderful few days stay. The house and gardens are just beautiful, even better than the images. Ketty the housekeeper was lovely and Francesca was very responsive. The house is situated 15 min drive from Noto so very simple to get to the shops etc. There are no shops/restaurants within walking distance but we were able to drive a short distance to get everything we needed. Would highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful and traditional Italian villa in a quiet and relaxing area.

Well furnished house very comfortable for two couples who care about privacy. Located in the center of Marina di Ragusa, it allows you to get to the center and the waterfront without taking any means. Host available for every request.

super cute apartment. Very clean and tidy. We stayed there for 10 days with a small child. The elevator is very pleasant. In addition, the area is an absolute plus. Very close to beach. In addition, there is a playground across the street and this one is just fantastic for Italian ratios... large, shaded by trees and with high quality playgrounds. The families from Avola meet there and one can get in touch.

We had a great time here. It’s nice to be on the outskirts of town as it’s quicker to drive to the amazing beaches and the walk into the old town for dinner is easy

Great place, within walking distance beach, restaurants, transport. Hosts lovely people , very thoughful and caring, went out of way to help. Would definitely stay there again.
