We really enjoyed our stay at Tuccia's place. The apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying the nearby beach and visiting the surrounding area. The two terraces are a great place to enjoy a dinner in the sun or simply lounge outside. The kitchen is equipped exceptionally well for its size and is really useful for making a dinner occasionally. Finally, Tuccia and her husband Angelo are the kindest hosts we've met and really make this place stand out. We can only recommend a stay here and will surely be back when we're in Sicily again!

Good value for money apartment only 2-3 minutes walk from the main square of Avola. 20 minutes walk to the beach.

Really nice apartment, very nice and very clean. The terrace was very useful as we took the opportunity to relax outdoors since the temperatures allowed it. The area is also very comfortable and we have never had difficulty finding parking. Silvia was very specific with the directions and always available. I highly recommend it.

Great place. The owners turned this old farmhouse into a slice of paradise! Very well equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, wonderful garden and pool, very quiet. Ideal location to shine in Baroque Sicily!

We had a wonderful stay at Roberta's apartment. The location is ideal, the view breathtaking and has made our view unforgettable. The apartment itself was superbly equipped. The kitchen left nothing to be desired (portafilter!) and the decor was modern and tasteful. Everything was clean and well maintained, so we immediately felt right at home. We particularly liked the comfortable mattresses, which ensured a good night's sleep. Communication with Roberta and Raffaele was also great! Their tips made our stay perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's flat, which is very comfortable, just as described and in a perfect location for relaxing in Sampieri and also visiting stunning towns of Scicli, Ragusa and Modica as well as other surroundings. It was not our first time to beautiful Sampieri and it won't be our last!

The location is great - right at the beach and very quiet. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with the sound of the waves. Massimo reacted very fast - we had a WiFi issue and he even organised a technician over the Easter weekend!

The house completely respects the listing description and is very clean. Salvatore and his family were always kind and helpful in recommending and helping us. The place is well stocked and well located. With 5-10 minutes walk you can walk to beaches, amenities and downtown Pozzallo. Bikes are also available if necessary. Pozzallo is perfect for children with wide beaches and water level that rises very slowly.

Our three week stay at Gabriele's home was great. The house is very beautiful, clean and equipped with everything. It is in a great location that allows you to go to the sea in five minutes. A quiet, peaceful, really comfortable place. The presence of air conditioning in all rooms has allowed us to face the hottest days without stress. Gabriele and his family were very kind and helpful.

A wonderful stay in Sicily with the host Mario. The place was exactly as described, very functionally furnished and clean, the garden and terrace were perfect for relaxation. Private parking space provided. There was everything you needed to spend a nice and pleasant holiday. Including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and an outdoor shower :) About 200m to the sandy and clean beach, often windy, so an ideal place for water sports (a few houses away there is a kate surfing school). Quiet and peaceful place, many farms in the area. A good starting point for visiting Syracuse and Catania. The only downside is the weak wi-fi radio internet, but this is not Mario's fault but the local operator's. If you plan to work remotely, you need to prepare a plan B and use mobile internet :). Apart from this small downside, our stay was great - many thanks Mario for your hospitality :) The place is definitely worth visiting again :)

One of the best airbnbs that my wife and I have stayed in on our travels, as regular users of airbnb; excellent host, beautiful views and top apartment! Only stayed the one night but wish we could have stayed longer, highly recommended!

A very nice apartment in a top location. Ottavia is a great hostess, in the apartment there is wine and other drinks & fruit, coffee, just great. Everything nearby what you need and also the sea only a few steps. Complete equipment of the kitchen and we slept well in the beds. Thank you Ottavia.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

The location of the apartment directly on the fine sandy beach is unique. The apartment is very spacious, cozily furnished (very comfortable beds) and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the wide range of furniture on the terrace (dining table with additional lounge corner, 3 sun loungers, 5 small folding chairs for sitting on the beach). The immediate surroundings are very quiet, but in 3-4 minutes by car there are small and large shops, restaurants, ice cream parlor, etc. A walk along the beach to the village is possible in about 15 minutes. Communication with the hosts was very quick and friendly. There were clear directions and helpful information for check in. There was coffee, water and almond pastries to welcome you:) We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

A very big WOW. This house and the whole place is just amazing. The pool is beautiful and the kitchen located next to it outside is just a blessing. Honestly the place is way better then the photos could tell. Thank you Floriana for being so friendly and hospitable. You and your family are amazing and we felt very comfortable. Even tho their apartment is on the same property, they never gave us the feeling of being controlled. Everything just perfect. I know it might sound like im being paid for saying all this, but let me tell you: Every word is sincere! If you need a place to stay near Syracuse, you should definitely consider this one. We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

It has two apartment. The upper apartment we had was a bit scarce for 4 people. Only the one mirror in the bathroom for 3 women and 1 man is not ideal. Otherwise everything really great!

A very large complex with large swimming pool and good facilities. We were with 2 families incl. 4 children (9-15 years) there. We had everything we needed to stay there all day. Well-known destinations (Etna, Syracuse, Catania, Taorminar) can be reached about 1 hour.

The stay was fantastic, a charming and quiet place, equipped with all comforts, in the middle of the fruit trees. We also got great tips on what to do in the area and where to shop. We highly recommend this place.

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!
