Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift and only 200 meters from Therme Amade. Supermarkets as well as cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. The rooms are located on the first floor and have a view of the beautiful mountains. Bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes' walk away. Our accommodation is located in the middle of the ski paradise in the immediate vicinity of Zauchensee, Flachau, Radstadt and Obertauern.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. It is centrally located and is the ideal starting point for your ski holiday in Ski Amadé (journey time to Zauchensee, Schladming, Obertauern about 15 minutes). Cross-country skiers will also get their money's worth here, because it's just a few minutes to the cross-country ski trail. In the summer you can unwind in the countryside and pass the time with hikes or excursions in the Salzburger Land.

The "casa wii is a fine, cozy and pleasant apartment in a very quiet location. The slopes are just a few kilometers from your retreat, which you can reach by bus but also easily by car. Right in front of the casa wii is the cross-country ski route and the winter hiking trail, where you can do your laps athletically but also elegantly. Start your journey with a smile and enjoy our "glitter" :)

Cozy apartment in the Alps

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. A third room is available for bookings of 5 or more guests. We also offer a fire pit for campfires and an outdoor lounge area. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has its own lockable entrance. The triple room is on the same floor as the apartment but must be accessed via the stairwell.

Susi's apartment in Radstadt

Susis holiday apartment - new from mid-june 2023. The apartment is located on the lowest floor of our house and is accessible via a separate entrance via the garden. A car parking space (covered carport) is located on the property. Take advantage of the houese's good location in the middle of the Salzburger Sportwelt and choose from numerous excursion destinations in the area.

Our apartment house is centrally located and in a very quiet location in the well-known holiday resort of Flachau. Supermarket and restaurants are very close. All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Parking is free. Behind the house is a large green area with a public terrace, lawn and table tennis table. We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
