Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is cozy, we felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is there and it's clean. We especially liked the "space" in the garden, great to linger. And very private.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best thing for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, game burger, roast really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

We had a wonderful stay! Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We felt right at home in this beautiful house! A great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and unwind.

Wonderful 🌟 We were able to arrive with the children, unpack and start the holiday. Everything is thought of. Really everything. Blackout in the rooms, night lights for hallway and bathroom, fluorescent marking for a step in the bathroom. Comprehensive amenities. Plenty of towels. The refrigerator was already ready to go. We stayed for 2 days as a couple and felt at home in the lovingly equipped small apartment on the ground floor. Everything was clean and welcoming, the bathroom with large shower well equipped and there is also a private small terrace. The reception by Christin was also very friendly, when we said goodbye we could also get to know Silvio. The recommendation of the city of Freiberg was also very valuable to us, where there was a lot to discover for us. Our tip: Cathedral tour with 10 min organ foreplay at the famous Silbermannorgan and the coffee roastery Momo in Korngasse (pedestrian zone), where we enjoyed delicious coffee. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished with many more things than you would expect from a holiday accommodation. There was a lot to discover. There was nothing missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cosy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecue evenings. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and ideal for hiking. There is a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and on site for arrival and departure. Frank is a very accommodating host. He always got back to me very quickly. The apartment was perfect for us. It was furnished as described and also equipped with children's toys and books. Information material is available and the location was great for day trips. We just felt comfortable all around and can only recommend it!

We stayed with Sindy for an extended weekend and are completely satisfied. The apartment has everything you need and is very well maintained. The city center is easy to reach in about a 10-minute walk (with children) and there is a lot to do for families in the extended surroundings. We will be happy to come back!

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really big people! There were also two bathrooms, one of which has slopes, but it is very large. The windows of the bedrooms overlook the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! Everything you need was available in the kitchen, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! This upstairs apartment is perfect for an active couple. The whole of Karlovy Vary is within walking distance. Supermarkets are very close. You can also walk along the steam right into the spa area. So the location is great. I like how the host has taken photos of everything and indeed the kitchen is fully equipped for any meal. What I did notice is how the rooms are actually bigger than the photos show. There is plenty of room here. The shower and washing machine both work well. Just all in all a very comfortable space for your visit.

This place is much bigger than you would think and then it looks in the photos. He has a private garage, although please don’t bring a large SUV as it will be a nightmare to park it in there. A very large comfortable place. I recommend it.
