The cabin is located in an absolutely single location, near the municipality of Puchenstuben, far from the nearest farm. The nearest farmed cabin is about 75 minutes walking time away. In summer, the cottage can be reached by an off-road VEHICLE, and in winter the ascent is only possible by touring ski, snow shoes or on foot, depending on the snow conditions.

This new house has an artistic, minimalist architecture with a soothing, calming atmosphere. We appreciated the lack of unnecessary items or kitschy decorations. The house is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The view was fantastic, no TV is needed. The comfortable sleeping places were high quality and had large duvets. There was a lot of peace, although the only neighbouring house was sometimes being built. Since it was light in the morning in May, one of us had too few options for darkening. The host really cares about his guests, he was always proactive, very helpful and responsive. We travelled without a car and for the last kilometres it worked well with the call bus (phone or app). The on-call bus has certain operating times and a time lead. Under certain conditions, some trips are even free (taxis are horrendously expensive).

The apartment is very lovingly furnished and has a wonderful balcony overlooking the countryside. Nothing is left to be desired. We were particularly pleased with the warm welcome and the many good ideas of our hosts regarding the design of our holiday. There is so much impressively beautiful nature and culture to discover. Thank you so much Sabine and her husband. We will not forget our extraordinary holiday moments and would like to come back.

We spent a few days here. The location is perfect, shops, city and sleding area are in walking distance. The house is convinient, there is a big living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Angelika and Günther are really nice people and helpful. Two notes about the house: the two living rooms are not next each other. Heating is through a wood fired boiler.
