In die gemütliche Füssener Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Der Forggensee und das Festspielhaus sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar (Entfernung gute 500m). Rad-, Wanderwege und Loipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und laden zu Ausflügen in die Natur ein.

Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die Kochnische ist mit 2 Induktions-Kochfeldern, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet. Parken ist auf dem Grundstück möglich.

The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
