Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is located directly on the lake with a view of the Allgäu Alps. On site are a boat rental, beach volleyball court and children's playground. In addition, the restaurant on site offers Allgäu specialties, tarte flambée and vegetarian dishes or snacks during the holidays and in the bathing season. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The building has a fiber optic high-speed internet connection.
