The apartment has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. The location is centrally located in the center of Remseck - Aldingen district. Bus lines to the residential city of Ludwigsburg or the tram to Stuttgart are within a few minutes' walking distance. The apartment does not have a parking space.

A bus stop is 100 meters from the house, which serves the destinations Waiblingen, Fellbach and Esslingen. The apartment has its own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.
